The location was great. I really had no complaints about the hostel at all, it was clean and a very good price for the money. The only thing it would have been nice to know was that they only accept cash payments and not credit cards.

We were not given the type of room that was reserved. The staff would not change us to the the room which we had reserved. The room was tiny, the walls were dirty and there weren't enough beds. The staff was not very welcoming or helpful.

Location was good. Staff was kind of short with me when I asked about check out time. My mattress was way too thin so my bed was super hard. Only one washroom for a few rooms, made it hard to use it or take a shower. Good place to stop off for one night because it's cheap but I wouldn't recommend an extended stay.

The location was great, in the center of a shopping area. The dorm with 4 beds spacious enough and had a window. Only problem: because of the central location, it was terribly loud outside all night long (earplugs!). The bathroom was clean and in the common room, drinking water was available. Staff were helpful and I liked that it's possible to buy a simcard in the hostel. Great place! I would definitely go there again!

Poor reception n handling. Shd hv computerize registration instead of paper. Hv problem searching our booking.

Everything is cheap in the hostel: cleanliness, hygiene, politeness, beds, services...So noisy, stinky, dirty, rude! Very poor. Good location with direct metro to airport and CBD.

Nothing special about this place, but at its price it's the best you can find in Hong Kong.

I've booked 2 rooms but the hostel overlooked. Hence, the hostel arranged us to stay at opposite building for the 1st night. Hopefully this would not happen again next time.

I'll definitely recommend this hostel to my friends. The value is really worth it.

Clean, safe and excellent location. Really value for money.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. The location is great because it is near the Mongkok MTR station and several bus stops. There are also a lot of cheap eats and retail stores in the area. Our room is small but tidy. Free drinking water is provided for guests. Also, there is hot and cold water in the shower. The staff is very friendly and check-in and check-out is hassle free. We'll definitely book this hostel again when we go back to HK.

The good: Value for $$$. Place is small but clean & cosy. Excellent location in the heart of Mongkok. The not so good: The cars horning do not stop till pass midnight, tough to get a good night sleep.

The place is a bit difficult to find, because the main entrance between the shops. The room is small but clean. The receptionists were helpful. We bought tickets to Disneyland, Ngong Ping and Sky Terrace with special price :)

1. location of this hostel is very hard to find as this is my first time to HK, streets are full with billboards. map should shown the nearest shop instead of building name. 2. bed is making sound whenever i move ! 3. kids next door is very very annoying !!! there are family with kid/s living in the same house since i am only renting a room there. That kid/s were running, playing, shouting in the corridor at 8am morning or 11pm late night.

We stayed in a two person room with bathroom. There was little interaction with other travlers so if traveling alone, get a dorm. We heard other people if they spoke loudly, and the music studio next door didn't stop till 11pm. The room was clean and basic and we were given clean towels each day. At check in, the girl was not friendly or wanting to talk but at check out, a different girl was very friendly and helpful. This is a good location and was very close to the ladies market (3 mins walk).

A very clean apartment hostel/hotel. Excellent location for shopping. iPhone 4S black market is right downstairs in the same building. Streets for Electronics, Shoes are right beside the building. The only thing I didn't like was that fact that there was no lockers at the hostel.

the room rate is acceptable for the peak season like new year! they don't over charge.the room is clean and the staff do cleaning everyday we stay!
