When we arrived at this youth hostel, there were no youth there. There was a big group of people all over fifty, and our room had only one other person in it - an older lady who seemed like she lived there, and when we asked about cleanliness, she said that we were Americans and too concerned with cleanliness. PS - we´re Canadian. The first staff member who checked us in was quite rude, but the other staff were nice enough and looked up bus times for us. The hostel looks very uninviting as well.

Albergue Zaragoza Hostel is good place to stay, but two things slightly should be changed that the room is not really clean and smelling comes from bed, and the staffs need to know how to serve to visitors in kindness manner and to help.

It wasn't good choice to go there, far from the station, room was smaller than toilet in my house, it should be a single room, not a room for two people with two beds . And the worst thing cleanliness, rubbish bin was full, there were two bed shceets on each bed so it looks like our room wasn't clean after previous tourists, terrible feeling. Thanks God we stayed there only for a night, won't come back again, that's for sure. The only good thing was breakfast and English - speakning staff.

Great location, and a beautiful old building. When I visited the hostel was very quiet and seemed to be mostly Spanish families - I was there in April, so it might be more exciting during the tourist season.

Good location, wasnt much to make you go wow, just as normal hostel, clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Staff were nice. Only problem was they didnt have my booking, it was okay as there were only 6 others in the hostel that night, I was offered my own room however it was at the top of the building on the 5th floor a room hidden by itself. The lift only went to the 4th floor had to go into a cleaning cupboard and up the stairs to find it.

Great place to meet people, fun atmosphere, and central location. Wifi is weak, don't count on it working very consistently. Showers are pretty rough as well.

This was a wonderful hostel; the facilities, location and atmosphere were great, but of particular note were the staff. By far the most friendly, engaging and helpful hostel staff I have encountered so far. I'd have trouble picking out something that the staff could have done better to make my stay more enjoyable. Great stuff

A typical stark HI hostel. Pretty good facilities though and a great location. Not too far from the main bus/train station or the old town.

The hostel was central, clean and had a cool underground bar with tango and music, which is unusual for a hostel!

One of the most well-designed hostels I've ever stayed at. Equipped with amazing bar downstairs and scary buddha statue. Only downside is paying for linen.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Jazz nights on Sundays is the best! I would definitely go to this hostel again!

Close to the city centre and there were no lack of utensils in the kitchen at all which was a nice change. One or 2 staff members were a little impatient and sarcastic in not very nice ways.
