Actually much better than all the reviews. Clean bathroom, clean bed, clean room, electrical lockers, quiet and peaceful... I came to a conclusion that either it got better, or, people assume that other people of other color (other than white) are immigrants trying to harm you or whatever. Bulls*it. And I am writing that as a solo traveler (10+ years, whole Europe). So probably people who stayed here haven't been to some places in eastern europe or even some places in Amsterdam for example...
