I had a very pleasant stay here. The location was near the Sants bus station and metro and was perfect for me and it is very accessible to all the other major attractions by metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only difficulty i had was the description of the location of this hostel was a bit unclear for me, so it was a bit difficult to find the place for the first time

Simple, but nice place. Good value for money. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. Very calm (but off season, mind you). Although it was a bit far from main attractions, I really liked the area. It's calm, rather secure and gives you a taste of real Spanish daily life away from the tourist crowd. Very close to the Sants train station, which was helpful for me. Easy access to main attractions by public transport.

Not the best location, but it's outside of the tourist-infested area so that might be plus point. Also near to the train/coach station so that makes up for it. The shower is great, rooms are huge and beds are probably the best and the most comfortable! I like the free internet and free computers!

Though most parts of this hostel are quite good, it's very noisy around it. If you want to have a good rest, i really don't recommend it.

I've been there twice and I really like it, its all superb except that there is quite some noise during the night because the windows are still very old and do not reflect the sound. It is well situated, many metro and train connections in the near. Internet free and everywhere. 24hour reception. Breakfast included and it is quite good eventough simple. You are allowed to make coffee of tea in any other time as well. Roomsequiped with A/C which can be switched for heating in cold weather.

The hostel was great for me. I like to have busy days and see a lot and be able to sleep at night. It was quiet at night so that was good. The staff there were very nice and very helpful. The only minor bad thing that was annoying was the push-in shower buttons that you had to turn on again every 15 seconds. But the good thing was they had hairdryers in the bathroom. All in all it was a good stay and I would definitely stay there again.

First day arrived and staff told us about where to go and see and where to eat in the neighborhood. Different snacks in the common room everyday. Not only wifi, but also computers free to use. Breakfast room is clean and nice with quite good breakfast!

I stayed here with a friend for 1 night- we chose it due to it´s proximity to the Barca Sants train station. Overall it was okay, although I would never recommend it to anyone. We stayed in one of the 14 bed mixed dorms. It was stuffy and REAKED of b.o....Literally smelled horrible. We were also dissapointed with the staff as far as friendliness and hospitality, They answered questions, but weren´t invested in making their guests stay as enjoyable as possible.

Owner Comment (Show)
Hello !! Thanks for staying with us and for your rating! We are truly sorry you encountered some "smelly" guests in your room. As you can imagine it is a hard situation to deal with, wth everybody sharing. If you would have let us know about the situation we could have moved you to a nicer dorm (probably the female only) but it is too late for that. So for anybody reading this, if you are in any way uncomfortable, please come to the reception as soon as possible so that we can help you !! As far as the receptionist, please understand it was her first week working at a hostel, so she still has quite a few things to learn. If you got my e-mail asking what we can do to better the situation, please reply and we can see what can be done :-) We are really proud of our workers and would like to keep it that way. thanks !!

The hostel was great. It's a shame that it's sort of far from everywhere - you will always have to take a metro or walk for at least 20 minutes. However, the hostel had programming each night which included horchata & croissants, a movie night, and alcohol socializing. And it was all free! I met the coolest people here. Also the showers are really nice and the beds too. The staff really consider your preferences when assigning you a bed - SCORE.

What a great hostel. It's extremely clean and spacious. The lounge and kitchen near the lobby are large and relaxing and have free wifi. There's a tv and the hostel provides a handful of free movies for guests to watch if they want to stay in for the night. There are also occasional events, like hot chocolate night, that are all fun. The guests I met were sociable and friendly and the hostel employees were helpful. It's a fair distance from downtown, but there's a metro nearby.

We only stayed for one night, but the staff were great, the breakfast tasty and the location excellent (a short walk from Sants Station and easy to get to almost anywhere on the metro). The rooms were large, clean, and well lit, and we slept great! Would definitely return.

The staff was quite friendly, especially when I couldn't get my card to open the doors. They also pointed me to several places nearby to try some tapas and were patient with all my questions.

I stayed at this hostel for the first few nights of my trip just because of the proximity to Sants Estacio but was pleasantly surprised. I didnt like the dorm style bathrooms but they were fine. Nice kitchen to cook food in. Didn't like the area much, its a hike from la rambla. If your looking for a party I wouldn't stay at this hostel since its so far away from good clubs and bars

My first time in a hostel and would definitely go again. the location was very handy for the sants train station which we appreciated at both ends of the break when we had to carry luggage :-). Staff were very friendly and helpful and it was a good base for a Barcelona adventure. x
