We are also next to the super efficient metro of Barcelona, so it really is the perfect place to call home whilst you explore our beautiful city.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Standard Rate: This property has a 2 day cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay, unless otherwise stated (see 'Things to Note' information).

Non-refundable rates: If your booking is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will still be charged the full cost of your booking.

City tax not included, 5.5€ per person and per night.

A different policy applies for bookings over 300 euros:
To confirm your booking, you will need to provide 30% of the total amount in advance. Payment can be through credit card. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received. Should it not be possible to collect the 30% payment, we will send an email provided for booking to request an alternate valid payment method. Failure to respond to this email within 24 hours will result in cancellation of your booking. The deposit is totally refundable if any modification or a cancellation is done at least 2 weeks before the arrival date.

We accept payment in cash, or by credit card. Please note that paying with credit card incurs an additional 4% surcharge.
