It's not a typical hostel look a like. It's more like a hotel with all facilities under the same roof. If you are looking for a place in a very convenient location and facilities, then this is the place to be.

Very clean in an excellent location. A few of the staff were a bit rude when we asked for help, but others were very nice. Great stay overall

Perfect!!! Loved it. Very beautiful and clean!!!! The breakfast was full of delicious things, I recomend!

Location is good because it's next to the zoo station and to the zoo, but not so great if you wanna be near the center of berlin. and the street is poorly lighted and there are some strange people leaving nearby the station, so I wouldn't walk alone at night. Pros: breakfast is great, dorms and bathrooms are very clean, comfy and spacious. Cons: as it is more a hotel than a hostel it is unlikely to make friends and meet new people, and the staff can be pretty rude.

Amazing location right next to the train station. Able to get transport throughout Berlin from the one location. Food and drink was easily accessible. McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, the lot all just around the corner. Rooms were neat and tidy and just what we needed for our stay over the new year period.

Excellent hostel. All new, clean and modern. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Great kitchen for cooking, good washing area.
