If location is important to you, Generator Berlin Alexanderplatz is your place. A nice hostel close to most of the top Berlin attractions, including the Fernsehturm, the Rotes Rathaus and the Marx-Engels Forum. The hostel also takes decor very seriously, with a hip, funky interior design that'll get you into the mood for making new friends and some lively hostel partying. There is a cheap breakfast buffet on offer every morning, and entertainment almost every evening, perfect for breaking the ice in a new city.
