Very friendly staff and great location right near the main bus station! Oldcity is only a 10 monte bus ride away and the buses come very regularly! Hostel had a home/family vibe and everyone is super fried l. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone staying in Dubrovnik!

There are no lockers and the toilets are not enough for the amount of guests that stay there. However, it is a big building with 3 stories and the owners are really kind, helpful and friendly. Also, although it's not close to the Old Town, it's very well communicated and you can get there very easily by bus. It is also super close to the bus station.

I thought this place was really good! The staff are great and do as much as they can to help. The location was good because it is close to the port and main bus stop. There area some bars and cafes around and a supermarket. It is not located in the old town but you can get a bus over the road for 12KN or walk for about 30-45min. I would definitely stay here again.

The mother and son duo were super nice. When I arrived they gave me some fresh lemonade and it was awesome as it was so hot. Its a good spot 2 minute walk from the bus station. And the bus stop takes you straight into the old city! There is also a supermarket across the road behind the fence.

The best place we've stayed in Europe! This place is family owned and run. The mother and her sons are all over-the-top helpful and nice people. We ended up extending our stay an extra night :)

Located very close to the port which was perfect as we were going on a cruise the next morning. Also very close to the main station which is a very short trip to the old town. The staff were lovely and recommended to us a really good restaurant to eat at too. Only criticism is the doors to the hostel were left open all day, as well as the doors to the rooms which was a concern, particularly as there were no lockers provided for valuable items. Overall a great stay!

No hot water. No a/c or fan in the dorm. No lock on the bathroom door, odd especially in an 8 bed dorm. Weak wifi everywhere except right next to the router. Kitchenette inside the dorm room, often making the room smell strange, and adding to the room temperature.

This is a great hostel! It's located right across the street from the Port and Main Bus Terminal, which is perfect if you're catching a cruise tour or traveling by bus. The Old City is about a 35 minute walk away, but there is a city bus that stops close by which takes you there in under 10 minutes. The staff were wonderful: very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were very nice. Thank you for a great stay!

It's a good place, owned by a family. The mother was always really worried with the well-being of everyone. It's also really close to the port and to the bus station, so its really helpful if you arrive by bus or ferry. The infrastructure was also good. The only suggestion I would make is that they put lockers.

Awesome apartment, really lovely owners who are so happy to help you with anything you need. Great kitchen and living space, good sized bathroom. The owner even did our washing separating all the colours and gave us a bottle of wine one night because we had people over. The place is nice and cool and has a living room with a big couch and tv. Very close to the bus station if you want to go to old town and there is lots of shops and a grocery store close by.

For 16 Euro per night you cannot expect too much. Anchi Guesthouse is located in the middle of Dubrovnik, close to the main bus terminal, but a 25 minutes walk to the old town. Minus-Points: Small rooms, the mattress was really old and worn. Quite uncomfortable. Bathroom was very basic, during night there was just cold water. Plus-Points: There are small shops, bars and bakerys around, the owner is quite nice. As Dubrovnik is a city with lots of stairs, you can avoid them by staying at Anchi.

Lovely people running the hostel. Very helpful and informative. Great location near bus station and port.

Anchi guesthouse is right next to the ferry port and only a half hour walk to old town. The hostel owner is so lovely, welcoming and very keen to help. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was decent. The only problem was that the shower flooded a little bit, but as long as you have a quick shower this isn't much of a problem. It's not a party hostel, but it's cosy like being in someone's home. If you want a night out all you have to do ISO told town.

It's a 2 minute walk to the main bus station, which offers quick and easy access to the city center with buses running every 10-15 minutes (10 minute ride into town). The hosts are very friendly and accommodating and offered tips and assistance booking a day trip. The rooms and bathrooms were adequate and offered plenty of space.
