Spotlessly clean with a fridge and crockery in the room and lots of fresh towels. Peaceful and beautiful location very close to old town. Lovely outside terrace where wifi can be accessed.

No wifi was a bit inconvenient and the bed was very short but otherwise a comfortable room with ac and a clean bathroom.

Nice room in a good location in Dubrovnik, only 5 minutes walk to the Pile gate of the old town. The bed was nice and big, fresh clean sheets, and there are 2 bathrooms for the 4 bedrooms to share so no issues with getting a shower. Nice little terrace to sit on, and it is very close to the beach. Wifi not great but works well on terrace. Early checkin was a bonus too.

Location is great, close to the beach and the Old Town but this is a 15-20 minute bus ride from the main bus station. If you get a map from the tourist office, you should be able to the find the street (Rudimira Rotera) fairly easily. The single room is small but had a private bathroom with shower. The room is separate from the main house where Bruna and her grandmother (the owners) live. Don't expect a typical hostel, this is more for having a small, quiet place to relax and rest!

Great location, near old town. Apartment was in a peaceful and cozy area. Room was clean and shared bathroom was good. Staff was very friendly. We would recommend this apartment and could come there again!

Great location and easy to get to. Follow her directions and you'll be fine. Only down side was that wifi really didn't work all that well but probably the best on vaycay.

Decent location (if a little hard to find at first) and facilities. Staff essentially non-existent but we didn't really need them so it wasn't a problem. Working air-con and a fridge in the room were big pluses but the poor Wi-Fi signal rendered it useless. Good no frills accommodation if you're planning to spend most of your time outside of the guesthouse.

5 minutes by walk from the Old town and the beach, it was a very nice and clean accommodation. Both the owner and his daughter were very nice and helpful! You have a fridge and air conditioning in the room. I would definitely go back!!

Very bad organization. When I arrived, the apartments and rooms where full, so...no room for me, and the city preatty full of tourist, so very difficult to find a place. There was more people with the same problem in this.place! Is near the old.town, but you never know if you will have available the room you booked, so...very bad experience.

For the location (Five minute walk to the old town) it is very reasonably priced. It doesn't offer much except a normal room, but it does that at a fair price and no real downsides. Room was cool despite there being no A/C.

Single private room is clean, facilities: boiling kettle, wardrobe, fan, towers... The security is good as there is a key for u. There is no wifi available, the atmosphere is very quite, truly a place for u to rest after whole tiring day! So, there is no interaction with others. Bathroom so clean, there is nice balcony! Location is very good, so near to everything. There is no info about the dubrovnik, but the tourist centre just nearby at pile gate.

This place is wonderful! less than a minute walk to the gates of old town, private room is small but when in dubrovnic a room to sleep is all you need. The rooms are extremely clean, and your room and towels are cleaned daily. The room with shared bathroom has a fridge, large room and wonderful air con. This place is in a gorgeous location very peaceful, lots of gorgeous greenery, grape vines a great large verandah to relax and Bruna and her dad are such warm, kind people, highly recommended!!

Is a very small room ,good for one person who want only a place to sleep. Is near to the old town, market and the bus stop.No communication problem with the owner.
