Good for a one-night stay, but no more. To have access to the wifi, you must go to the courtyard. The breakfast was minimalistic: one small piece offre cake and à coffee, Hou must do yourself.

The hostel was in a decent location within Catania but pretty far from the train station and hard to get to by public transportation. The rooms were very nice. The owner was not particularly helpful compared to many of the other hostels we stayed at in Italy. He also charged us for the taxes that our paperwork showed were already included in the price.

This hostel is a few minutes walk away from the city center. It is fully renovated and everything is new! Also, the staff is very friendly! :)

Manager was pleasant and gave us a lift back to the airport for 10 Euros which was cheaper than what we made on way here. Room was large. Internet connection was bad, always cut out and not strong signal - constantly reconnecting. Only shame was he could not speak english at all so massive language barrier, luckily our neighbour could translate for us. No travel adaptors either. Great location, clean. Toilet roll ran out and was not replaced.

First of all it was really hard to find the place and it was not marked on the out side, then when we found it we had to walk up allot of stairs. 2.Ther was a extra tax for every night 1.5 euros that was not included with the price on the website. . 3 There was no Internet in the rooms only in the hallway witch was cold and uncomfortable. 4 The breakfast was not an breakfast it was cookies and milk And 5 the beds were not the best..you couldn't move with out the bed making a loud noise.

This hostel have a very good location, 5 minutes from Piazza Borselino (where stops the bus from the airport and many other) and from the very center of the towm, Piazza del Duomo. The rooms are basic, but very clean and spacious. It is a very good option for those with a low budget, who want to roam around all day. The breakfast it's a joke, some milk and little cakes. The kitchen is also very useful. The owner is very kind, but speaks no english. Overall, we recommend this location.

It wasn't Bed & Braekfast, it was just Bed. The owner shown as a cupboard in the kitchen where we could find coffee and tea to prepare in the morning. We also received a bunch of little cakes, which were left for us in the kitchen ( cost 1euro for a pack of ten in the local market). Definitely not worth the money, had better breakfasts in hostels which didn't boast they offer any food at all!

The Sveva B&B was an excellent discovery. Right next to the castle and about a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral, it is in a fantastic location. The staff were very hospitable, kind and well-organized. My personal favorite thing about this place though is the absolutely gorgeous roof terrace that is open to guests. Its a lovely space to watch the sun setting over Catania and you have the company of two lovely cats. A fantastic deal.
