During our stay at night on April 5, while we slept in the room - two mobile phones, ID card and money of one travelller was stolen exactly from the bedroom!!! Owner declined option to look to the cameras to recognize robbery - he told a camers don't work. I don't believe in that, because at the previous day at the check-in I saw all cameras was working and every space was visible on multiple screens! A room lock was broken from inside, so a room could not to be locked. Owner totally ignored our requests t
