The room I stayed in was sooo small. It had 4 bunks in it (8 people) and I had no room to move or put my bag. This place is only good if you don't like chilling in your room. Also had a loud snorer and didn't sleep at all. Bad experience

Truly excellent hostel, friendly knowledgable staff, fast wifi, clean, secure, beautiful views. Loved the free tokens (for hot drinks, laundry or computers) and the free breakfast! Yay nutella!

Would stay here again. Though the room was comfortable, it is not exactly soundproof and can get a bit stuffy. But its possible to open the windows for a while. Otherwise, a great place...

definitely could be a more fun hostel. despite the nice accomodations and cleanliness, i'd still wish i'd stayed at Balmer's for the fun and party atmosphere. it was super boring and not conducive to meeting new people.

Really good location. Friendly staff. Excellent Kitchen with plenty of room and appliances. They give you tokens to use though out your stay, you can use it on things like coffee machine or washing machine. The breakfast is included and really good. Heaps of information on what to do. Definitely recommend it.

There are excellent facilities, and breakfast was good. The lack of staff after 11pm made my late check-in inconvenient though. They give you 2 coins to use for laundry or coffee, but I only received these the next morning, so laundry was no longer an option. Everything else about the hostel was good though.

The hostel was great. Everything was very clean and modern with the whole range of facilities for both backpackers, holidayers & families. No hidden costs and the "coin system" is a great idea (2 coins per person per day to use on Laundry, Coffee machine etc). No reccomendations required as we can't think of anything to make it better.

This hostel was gorgeous! It felt like being in a hotel (with all the amenities) but had the hostel prices. The weekend we were there, there were a lot of travelers stopping by, so the atmosphere was good. Loved the token system for the laundry. You get two tokens per night of stay (which you can use for laundry or coffee). 2 for laundry, 1 for coffee. I would recommend this hostel to anyone travelling to Interlaken. Great location, great feel, definitely worth it!

although bit far than expected but super easier to find from the station; all you have to do is follow the sign that says backpackers villa.

It is probably one of the nicest hostels I have stayed in throughout this trip. It is convenient in location, the staff are very friendly and considerate. The facilities are great and the guest kitchen is well appointed and servicable for the amount of guests that are staying there. Modern and old mix of building added to the charm and of course the wonderful backdrop of the mountains!!! Love it.
