Set in a fully renovated Swiss villa from 1901, Adventure Hostel is where budget travellers come for the views, the vibe and the adrenaline. Every room looks straight out onto the mountains, and our lush garden is the spot to grab a beer, battle it out on our XXL outdoor games, play a round of stump and swap stories with travellers from all over the world.
We're a 7-minute walk from Interlaken West train station and just 5 minutes from the town centre and the famous Höhenmatte paragliding landing field. Interlaken is the adventure capital of Switzerland — ask us and we'll hook you up with paragliding, canyoning, skydiving, river-rafting, bungee and more, all booked straight from the hostel.
GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK:
- Free breakfast buffet every morning to fuel your day.
- Free WiFi throughout, on-site parking, and a locker for every guest in the dorms.
- Self check-in. Our reception is open 07:30-12:00 only - after that you'll check in yourself with a code, so just let us know your arrival time and we'll sort you out.
- Every room has its own private bathroom. In a dorm you share it only with your roommates - never the whole floor.
- Light snack station with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. We don't have a full guest kitchen, but our free breakfast and weekend fondue feasts have you covered.
- On weekends, our in-house Fondue Villa restaurant serves proper Swiss fondue.
When you're ready for the big one, jump on the train at Interlaken East up to Jungfraujoch - the "Top of Europe" at 3,454m. That view will stay with you long after you check out.
