Definitely would stay again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were knowledgable and willing to help you figure out how to get the most out of your stay in Interlaken. Breakfast is good - bread, butter, jam, cereal, yogurt, milk. Only thing that I wanted from breakfast was a piece of fruit. We had a double room which was very nice. Essentially like a hotel but with the nice amenities and atmosphere of a hostel.

This is one of the best hostels i've stayed. I felt so comfortable and relaxed! The facilities were kept clean and in good condition, and breakfast was included. Considering these, the rate is not expensive (After all, this is Switzerland!).

Perhaps one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Clean, beautiful, and convenient to everything in town. Staff was incredibly friendly and helped with planning my hike. Friendly atmosphere, and laid-back. Kitchen is big and fully equipped. Great place to stay!

Great hostel - the staff were super helpful and friendly, you get a free breakfast and the location is central and easy walking to everything. Everything was very clean. If you are not looking for a party house, this is the one to go to. Would def stay again.

Extremely affordable hostel for Interlaken. Polite and helpful staff. Although modest, the breakfast was more than enough and you're provided with 2 complementary tokens a day for the in house coffee machine. Sort walk to the town center, main train station, and second station up to Grindelwald. Highly recommend the Villa for a stay in Interlaken. Doubt you'll find a better deal.

Wifi is the best, rooms are clean and guest kitchen is spacious with lot's of stoves to cook. 2 tokens per night were useful, I stayed for three nights so they gave me 6 tokens. I used the washing machine and used computer (computer is slow better to use your own) Staff were friendly. Changed my euro coins to CHF at reception. Suggest more plugs in each room though had to use multi-plugs to recharge all 6 person's devices.. if there's only three plugs, please prepare multi plugs for guest to use

Awesome hostel. I was surprised by the amount of people staying there that spoke English as their native language. The staff were extremely helpful in helping us find a place to go skiing and we were even able to check in early. I will definitely be returning to this hostel in the future.

We stayed here in early Feb 2013 in a private room for 2 people although the room could definitely sleeps four. Very clean and warm with excellent facilities for laundry, internet and breakfast. Good location with bus stops right outside if we didn't feel like walking to town. About 10 - 15 minutes walk to town, very picturesque with mountain views all around. We would definitely recommend this hostel. The kitchen facilities are also excellent for self catering.

Overall, the best hostel I stayed (of 12) I stayed in during my month long trip. Like others have said, there is an unusually high number of Koreans staying here. The staff was very friendly, answering my questions about the train up to Jungfraujoch. The kitchen facilties are outstanding. They even give you 4 free tokens to use on different facilities (coffee, laundry, public desktops, etc.). Would highly recommend.
