Only one toilet for aprox 20 beds, triple bunk beds very risky to fall from, no window in 12-people room, door lock didn't work. They rent the computer for internet use at 3,50 reais rent. Free wifi, good breakfast, free drinks at night, cool staff.

El hostel tiene una excelente ubicación, a dos cuadras de Av. Paulista, una de las màs importantes de Sao Paulo, tienes el metro, omnibus y el museo de arte moderno, MASP. La casa es muy linda. El desayuno,muy bueno. La habitación privada estaba llena de pulgas, y NO tiene baño privado, este se comparte y se encuentra siempre mojado el piso ya que la ducha no tiene protector, es bastante sucio. Si quieres descansar no es ésta la opción ya que ponen musica muy fuerte durante la noche. Candela.

There is alot to improve! Get a computer for the guests and get more toilets first of all!

The staff were really friendly and helpful but the facilities were not amazing. The room was small and the bathroom was small and toilet was broken. The door lock was broken too. You have to prepare your breakfast yourself. The location and friendly staff was the best of it, only one block and a half from Av. Paulista. It really is a party hostel if you dont care so much about facilities.

Location is perfect and the male staff was superb-fantastic!!! My favorite hostel so far out of five, mostly because of its location and security.

Hated this place. When we arrived another guest was looking for his Iphone. It was stolen out of the hostel and the girl at the reception didn't care at all. She was to busy with her facebookaccount. By the way, she didn't care about anything. There are to many beds in one room and if you try to climb on the top one in a dorm the bed almost falls down. And at 5 in the morning some guys came in our room yelling and they continued to make a lot of noise downstairs. Staff didnt care at all.

Absolutely perfect location; why I would return. The rest was above average-TOO LOUD AFTER MIDNIGHT-they do not folow their own policies.

I really got suprised with this hostel, it was better than expected. There are some people living there that made the difference, really funny and animated people. The major problem was the bathroom. Too tight, and the shower is almost above the sink. I got the shared room downstairs, I don't know how it's upstairs on the other rooms. But an overall, it was great! I loved the entrance, the living room, the bedroom is great for the price, the location is perfect, near everything. I recomend.

Great location, wi-fi, and the private room has a key. That's about it. The bathrooms are a mess, since the shower and toilet are in the same place and everything is always wet and muddy when people walk in. You should also bring your own hand soap... Plus it's tough to sleep at night with the loud music and noise downstairs that goes well over 3 in the morning.

My room had semll of smoke similar to cigarettes, i seen this on previous review and it was right? That made stay there uncomfortable and there was noise thru night till morning from staff downstairs partying as well. I would not stay at this hostel again, only good thing was location.

The hostel is new, so there's some mistakes with cleanliness! The other hostel of the same owners (3dogs) is much better.

Cleaning rooms at 9am is not really convenient (people need the bathroom) or polite (some where still sleaping and the lady was very noisy). Never had a hostel that started cleaning before check out time.
