AWFUL, easily the worst I've stayed in. Bathrooms were filthy, the kitchen was foul. We, 2 young girls, were put in the front dorm, which basically opens to the street & unbelievably noisy. The only person in our room was a 70-something Australian man, clearly a raging alcoholic that spent the night following us around spouting racism at pretty much every race and religion, and spent the night drinking in his bed, farting away and staring at us. Staff so rude and unhelpful. We checked out pronto

Staff was very unfriendly and confused, couldn't even pay for our stay (maybe that is not a bad thing for some people), at night didn't get much sleep due to a very loud receptionist having his own party on the rooftop terrace. Shower was cold and no pressure. Breakfast run out and in stead of re-fill they just closed before due time. Only good thing is the location.

Bella Vista was very accommodating. We had multiple large groups and Bella Vista did what they could to keep us together. The hostel is across the street from a number of great restaurants, bars, and clubs. Definitely a great place to go!

This hostel is in prime location, surrounded by fab restaurants. The staff were mostly very helpful and our room in the annex was huge with a very comfy bed. The kitchens were small and pokey though and the dorms looked small and dark. Chill out areas pretty decent. Wifi all over. We´d stay here again.

Apresenta na verdade duas instalações, a \"matriz\" e a \"filial\", uma casa semelhante logo ao lado. Vale mais a pena ficar na matriz, pois lá se encontram a sinuca, a internet e obviamente há mais interação. Na casa secundária você fica um pouco isolado, sendo recomendável para quem quer dormir. A decoração é um tanto sinistra, mas isso confere uma certa originalidade. O staff é muito amigável e prestativo, e a localização é perfeita - perto dos bares e do metrô. Recomendo para os boêmi

The hostel was a great place to meet new travelers. The location is great for going out, but also to sight seeing.

highly recommenden, good people up in there, great hostel, location is near all the bars and restaurants from bellavista and just 4 block from metro, reallyyyyyy good!!!! ahh and beds are hugeeeeee!!!!!! staff at check in are very kind also

localizacao excelente, acomodações simples, porem suficientes para aquele hospede sem muitas exigencias. custo beneficio excelente locado em um bairro boemio, central, proximo a varias atracoes e ao metro. recomendo sem duvida

The staff was very helpful when it came to finding my flight information and transportation to the airport. I only stayed for one night but it was the perfect layover situation.

Enjoyed my stay here. Great location in Bellavista.

beds are great!

So close to the madness! The showers was something like Mordor hot or Narnia cold but i think that always happends . It will be really awesome if they put a bar in the roof! I like the pc's area cause there you can meet people meanwhile you wait a little bit for use de computers or someone with hangover shows up cause he get lost in the way to his bedroom. I'ts a funny and chill place.

i reserved the room 2 months in advancedm and reconfirmed 2 days prior arriving, and in spite of that, my room was booked to someone else without notice or explanation. The staff did not charge me anything and were polite but i have to book another room somewhere else paying 4 times my budget!

great hostel, very friendly staff and fun neighborhood, highly recommend it!

avforget WiFi and an average breakfast but otherwise an excellent hostel

We liked the hostel but didn´t enjoy our room which had no windows, so it felt like living in a grotto for a few days. Otherwise good and very clean.
