The staff very extremely helpful and friendly! Brilliant location as you were close enough to the mainland to explore there but also in a good location to travel around Skye/

Upon arrival, we were both very happy to find our room clean, spacious, and full of sunlight. The hostel manager had his family up for easter, so the place was buzzing fairly, but that didn't impede on our stay at all. He was able to suggest some nice places to eat and later, offered us fresh oysters caught and prepared earlier that day. There were a couple dogs around, and the two cats made one feel very at home.

Loved the decor in the hostel, seemed like a lot of thought and love had gone into decorating. Very friendly and homey hostel, generous features, like free washing and WIFI. Staff were nice, and seemed to manage different people well, for example some of us watching movie were asked to keep in mind people sleeping next door, really nicely done by the staff member.

The staff were great. Invited people to a staff member's birthday BBQ and were very friendly all-around. And it is very close to the bus stop for transport around the rest of the Isle

We had a private double room - basic but clean and bright with a sink in it. Reasonable size. Bed reasonably comfortable but duvet far too thin for March - hardly thicker than a sheet. Friendly staff. Common areas all clean. Clean bathrooms and great showers - very powerful. Good location. Depends what you're after but its reasonable value for money with facilties to make your own food which is handy if your on a budget and has free WiFi - I think if you're in a group its ideal.

The people running the hostel have done it for a while and are good at what they do. This hostel was located in walking distance to the shop and the pub which was very handy. Thanks for the stay.

It would take a bus for about 40 minutes to go into the main tourism in the Isle of Skye, so this hostel is a little bit inconvenient for travellers without a car. And it is not easy to find the hostel especially in a raining dark night.

There's a lovely cat in the hostel, which pleasants me very much. The guys there were very warmhearted. But the kitchen was dirty mostly because too many tourists choose to live in this hostel.
