Good location and breakfast. Very good for students & backpackers

When we came to our room it was very dirty (paint stains on the floor) and there were hairs and dirt on the sheets and pillows, so we asked the guy at reception (who I think was the owner) to please give us another room. When this was not possible he sent someone to change the bed linen and when we looked at the new "fresh" sheets we saw more hairs on them!! Location is ok but you can get something nicer for the same price.

The only good thing about this hostel is the location and the breakfast! You have only one shower for the entire hotel (4 floors), there is no toilet in the top floor, and the heater was so damn hot, it was impossible to stay there not even sleep. I found a cockroach in the shower, yes the only shower of the hotel. The wifi also doesn't work on the top floor. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Good hotel, the only problem was the shower. The room was on the 4th floor and the shower was only at the first. By the way, everyelse was good. Great location, near from all the excellent Amsterdam museums.

That is very comfortable~！！It·s very near by the city centre，and the staffs are very friendly very nice. we have a very happy trip here~！！

They had double booked the room! They did book me into the King Hotel which is next door. It was actually closer to the square and had it's own bathroom. I had to eat breakfast at Titus which wasn't too difficult. Only the actual breakfast itself was a bit slapdash! Cold boiled egg and two bits of bread. Yum! You get what you pay for. It's cheap, comfortable and in a very good location. King Hotel is recommended!
