3. Payment:
- Payment is due upon arrival at the hotel.
- We accept cash and credit card payments.
- Please note that credit card payments will be subject to a service charge of 2.5%.

4. City Tax:
- A city tax of 5.51 euros per person per night will be added to the total bill.
- This tax is mandated by the local authorities and is not included in the room rates.

- In the event of a no-show or a late cancellation (within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date), the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the total booking amount.

6. Credit Card Authorization:
- We require a valid credit card to secure your reservation.
- Upon check-in, we will request authorization on the provided credit card, but it will not be charged at that time.
- Please note that if we are unable to obtain authorization on the credit card, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
