Having breakfast on the upper deck or sipping a wine in the evening was a special treat, to be sitting in the skyline of Venice listening to distant singing and nearby church bells. The character filled B&B was well run and in a great location. The tip here is to match the numbers on the address to the street buildings when looking for the B&B. The building does not have a lift and bags are carried up three stories. A memorable stay, we loved it. Thank you. Sally and Andrew.

Nice B&B came with a simple breakfast, good air-con and clean small bathroom, good location close to Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. The hosts were really nice and welcoming. Slightly on the expensive side. Overall I was happy with my stay.

Great location near Rialto Bridge, close to loads of great restaurants. 10 minute wall to St Marks Square. Breakfast was given to us in our room each morning at the time we requested, it was croissant, yoghurt and coffee/juice. Brilliant air conditioning! Only downer is that it's on the third floor with no lift so make sure you have a strong man to carry up your bags in they were as heavy as mine.

Good B&B, good price for Venice, was comfortable and clean. Wifi worked well and air con. Near Saint Marks Square. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is given to you on a tray to eat in your room. Normal standard sweet Italian breakfast, lots of food given. Only issue was they start preparing breakfast at about 730am and our room was near the kitchen and they were so noisy talking on phones, slamming cupboard we didn't get to sleep. Good option for Venice though.

Great place!! Lovely room perfect location for exploring Venice. Would stay again and recommend to anyone. Staff was super nice and very helpful and breakfast was served in my room and was very nice.

Me and a friend stayed in a room in the attic during the summer. It was a lot darker and much more cramped than the photos showed. The air conditioning was awful, especially as it was as hot as 38 degrees. Although the pictures and description mentioned a kitchen once we arrived we were told we couldn't use anything from the kitchen, not even glasses and mini fridge in our room was practically useless. Location wise it was fine, but then again everything on the island is within walking distance.

Lovely comfortable, room, well located near Marco Polo Square. Would have liked coffee making facilities. Appreciated breakfast in our room though.

Very helpful, very accommodating with my early arrival and check-in time. The place is charming and it is a definite plus that they have air-conditioning in the summer heat.

I enjoyed stay in the single room. A private room in a central Venice location at an affordable (compared to the rest of Venice) rate.
