Great location - and that's where the good news ends. Facilities listed which were not available and which prompted my choice were: wifi in room (I could not get wifi access anywhere in the condo complex with the username and password given to me by the guy who appeared, took me to my room, took my money and left - there was no reception attached to the condo I had rented via hostelworld ) - luggage storage was not available and I needed this facility. Be wary of booking this place.

The place has seen better days and like others on Cancun Beach is expensive. But the location more than makes up for it. The rooms have beaut views, are serviced and are quite functional. Mine didn't have the safe advertised. Pretty much nothing for healthy veggos in the restaurant (except fried chips, etc). Valdema (sp?) of the staff was very helpful. In general, would definitely recommend it as a place to stay at the lower end of the market and on a really nice part of the beach.
