Sammanfattning av resenärers recensioner

Cancun Plaza Relax Studios har ett bra läge med strandåtkomst och en restaurang. Även om vissa gäster upplevde problem med felaktig adressinformation, uppskattades den uppmärksamma personalen och de goda faciliteterna, inklusive pool och strandstolar. Det passar bra för resenärer som använder kollektivtrafik.

Fin utsikt över både poolen och havet. Väldigt serviceminded personal. Rummet luktade dock cigarettrök vilket inte kändes så kul.

Disappointed by our stay. The link to the address provided on the property took us to the wrong address 45 minutes from the property. We tried reaching out for assistance with transport to the property as we had spent our last cash on the taxi to the wrong address provided and were offered no help, apology or accountability for the incorrect address. By the time we finally were able to get to the property at 9pm the staff were not apologetic. Pool and beach were closed by this.

Eu amei essa hospedagem, mas preciso deixar claro que, casos eu objetivo seja ir andando até a parte central, talvez não seja o ideal. Porém, os transportes em Cancún são ótimos e o ônibus para na frente do local. A equipe foi super atenciosa comigo, a estrutura é muito boa e o condomínio melhor ainda - com piscina, cadeira na praia e muito mais. Com certeza amaria voltar!
