Lovely hostel, very new and nicely presented. Staff very helpful! Noisy at night and early in the morning if your in the private rooms at the front of the house as the alley out front is a major pedestrain walk way and there are a few bars too. This does mean though that it is well situated for everything in old Bogota.

Couldn't have found more friendly and helpful staff and it was in a great location of La Candelaria. The beds were comfortable and they gave us more blankets when we said it was cold. Don't stay here though if you'd like to get to sleep before 12am because the music and chatter will continue right through until this time. The breakfast is a croissant with jam, and a coffee.

A great location if you want to be right next to the plaza in La Candelaria (which you do if you like hippies, juggling, and street music). The rooms were nice and the atmosphere is chill.

This hostel was one of the best I've stayed at (and I've stayed at a lot)! Luis, Alejandro and the rest of the gang made me feel so at home! It seems like they truly enjoy being there and often come to hang out with the travellers even when they aren't working. I'm staying on in Bogotá to work so I found my own place, but made great friends with the staff and have been back to visit just because the spirit of this place is so great!

Great place to stay. This place offers everything. Trips to Andres carne de res. Tips regarding nightlife. My favorite: piso 30 & quebra canto! The only thing is that the place is quit noisy, related to insulation and the fact it is near to the university's. Earplugs will solve your problem. Good place to have a good time. Enjoy the salsa lessons.

Perfect location in La Candaleria located on a very narrow cobble stone rode and right next to a good size plaza that has fiesta's on friday nights. They have a tankless hotwater heater, so it's always good and hot and perfect for the cold/wet weather of Bogota. They have an amazing sun room(when it's sunny) that is fun to chill in. The dorm bed's were very comfy. There are a lot of universities and other schools close by, so there are always tons of students walking around, with close bars.

The staff at this hostel were great, but I hated the fact that they sent me an email trying to rip me off charging double for a transfer from the airport then taxis charge. Other than that no complaints, the beds were good, the internet was fast and breakfast was great. The staff was also very kind and informative

Thank you for your comments. The price for a transfer service is a bit more expensice because there are additional costs associated with having a private transfer service that waits for you at the airport as opposed to an airport taxi. We apologize if the costs were not clear in advance. We're very glad you enjoyed your stay!

Pretty much the best hostel ever - clean, friendly, super helpful. The hostel is really nice and in a lovely central part of La Candelaria. Luis was so nice and so helpful with everything - he is the best host we've ever had. Would 100% recommend it to everyone.

Everything is good in this hostel only except that it's very noisy at the midnight. They have a quiet hour from 11:30 to 7:30, but the staff doesn't really care this rule. They sang, laughed and talked very loudly from 3:00 at the midnight. If you're looking for somewhere having fun whole the midnight, it's the place, but if you wanna sleep well, it's kind of impossible.

Showers were dirty and most toilets run out of toilet paper regularly. Busy place so I expected a bit more attention from the staff to keep the place at a higher standard. Urgently need to improve the variety of the breakfast.

Some of the friendliest and most helpful staff we encountered in South America; great location right in the centre of La Candelaria. Recommend it.
