Very nice location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only two showers in the place so if its busy youmay have to wait a while.

Super friendly staff (and beautiful dog), really nice house, they clean rooms and change the sheets every day so you don't need a sleeping bag. The water was hot, breakfast delicious, super convenient location for museums, tours and tons of great restaurants and cafes.

Seriously one of the best hostels I've stayed at in a while. Its a family run hostel and as soon as you arrive you really feel like you are walking into a home. The hostel is nice, very clean, in a great location with great wifi and a great free breakfast. The mother, father and daughter are all willing to help you with anything you need. They also call cabs for you when you need one. Also a great place to meet lots of people.

This is in a great location and the staff is absolutely wonderful. The blankets are a little scratchy and there is only one shower if you are not in the 10 bed, but otherwise rally great. The wifi would go in and out and you can hear everything in the entire place. Don't stay here if you like to sleep in late. The breakfast was DELICIOUS!

Feels like you are staying with a colombian family. Its actually a family running this place and they are very nice and friendly. The location is perfect. You'll find most sites nearby. Organized and clean place. Certainly recommended.

This hostel was fantastic. Our flight was delayed, so we didn't arrive until 4am, but the man was still very welcoming and quickly showed us to our beds so we could get to sleep. Very nice family. They made a nice breakfast for us in the morning, and they had a lot of different activities to set up if desired.

The family that owns this place (especially Geraldo) is the hardest working group of people I've ever met. They are so kind and helpful and make you feel at home very quickly. They have plenty of pamphlets and maps for activities every day. The breakfast is great, the beds comfy and the location supremely convenient. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

It is rare when travelling to find such a gem of a hostel. Run by a family, they are the most welcoming hosts and will endeavour to make your stay in Bogota as comfortable as possible. A highlight is a freshly cooked baveuse omelette with a croissant and hot chocolate in the morning included in the price. The guy is pretty nifty at chess if you ask him for a game.

We love this place. The family who run it are simply fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is easy, eggs/croissant/fresh juice. Tea and coffee available all day long. Good wifi and super clean rooms with comfy beds. Only thing lacking is social area, hostel is quiet at 10.30pm, perfect for those who need a good night sleep! But plenty of bars and plaza's close by to hang out in instead. We extended our stay twice! Would highly recommend. The big friendly dog Maja is also lovely!

its in the heart of Bogota's tourstic area. As it is called 'casa', this is a family owned hostel. Breakfast is nice too.

This is a beautiful hostel right in the heart of La Candelaria. It is absolutely safe and the family-owners know exactly who should be there; breakfast is included and the hostel is kept impeccably clean. Lots of maps, coffee and tea all day, computers and wifi, movies and pay TV. Ask for recommendations for restaurant, bars, amenities around the city. The lounge areas reach critical mass quickly so it is easy to be social and of course fellow travellers have a lot to offer.

Nice and pretty hostel with a good atmosphere right in the middle of la Candelaria. Breakfast is basic but included. Helpful staff. Lockers outside the dorm. Walls are very thin so might get a bit loud, but while I was staying everyone was very respectful so that wasn't a problem. Wi-fi, as often, was unreliable and did not work well in the rooms.

Wonderful staff, comfortable beds, great breakfast, good location in the center or town, and comfortable common areas. All the good stuff a backpacker could ask for!
