The fan in our room was broke, but it was fixed the next day. With the bar and the live music downstairs, sleeping was little difficult. The staff was friendly and helped out with directions and places to hang out.

I have been to about 20 hostels over Europe, Asia, and South America and this is the most amazing hostel I have EVER stayed in. The staff is amazing!!! The facilities are clean and everything you need. The location in perfect for the huge city of Sao Paulo. Everything is very, very secure. If you go to Sao Paulo, no matter who you are, you should stay at this hostel!!!! It is seriously, seriously amazing, and the staff are some of the nicest, friendliest people I have ever met. I recommend it!!

The staff here are what makes the place. Very friendly & make you feel so welcome. I enjoyed my stay here. The bar is a good place to meet locals but there were few travelers staying here when i was there. Thanks to Terry for all your help!
