It was a kind of one of the best hostel ever I stayed. Reception was kind and room was clean, location wasn´t that much bad :-) I loved whole thing, especially the bed!! You know, it´s tortally seperated with lower bed and upper bed! I really satisfied with that :D I loved it!!

There was an extensive long wait to check in and get to my room. There was a blood stain on the pillow provided and it was very hot in the room while sleeping. The front desk check out girl was rude when I was checking out a little past ten oclock and was very unhelpful giving directions to the aerobus so I could get to the airport. I would not recommend this facility I had a poor experience.

I had a great time in Casa de Gracia! Clean, safe, nice atmosphere and good location, very close to the subway! They have really nice events every night, home made dinners for a really good price.. and i can't forget to mention the breakfast!!!!! The best ever, with a lot of options! The old elevator is really nice too!!

This hostel (more like a low-end hotel) has great location on Paseo de Gracia. There's a metro station right across the street and it takes just about 20 minutes (or less) to walk to Plaza Catalunya. It is still under remodeling so there is some construction work going on but it did not bother me. When I go back to BCN this will definitely be where I stay.

It's a good and convenient location. The staff are nice and helpful. The kitchen is huge. Coffee and tea machine is on 24 hours. the casa has activities almost everyday, drinks, tapas, etc. During our stay, the elevator broke down a few times. The top floor we stayed on seemed to be undergoing renovation. So it was dusty, and sometimes noisy with construction,

A very welcoming hostel . The room was very comfortable with a luxurious bed and bathroom, just what you need after a day of sightseeing. I enjoyed the design, and the friendliness of the staff. The location is great. An excellent hostel!

What a fantastic hostel on every measure! * LOCATION: 10mins away from the old city, Casa Gracia is away from the smell and noise but still plenty to do in the area as it is right at the heart of the posh Passeig de Gracia, the Barcelona answer to the Champs Elysees / 5th avenue ! * STAFF: lovely, helpful, organizing drinjs/pub/club crawls every evening * VALUE FOR MONEY: excellent breakfast, very clean facilities (with lots of character)... A great deal overall. We will come back for sure

First class stay - thank you so much! I stayed for two nights with my two teenagers and we all thought it was fantastic. Lovely smiley staff, beautiful building, great breakfast included - and we even got free cocktails! A very stylish place to stay - we thoroughly recommend it. Kathie from Yorkshire

The hostel is beautifully redecorated and there is a lift for your luggage. Location is near the Diagonal metro which is great for sightseeing but if looking to go out at night to the beach clubs it is too far to walk. The Estonian girl who took us out on Saturday was genuinely nice! The hostel though caters to over a hundred people with many school groups which makes sleep impossible on the weekends as noise travels on the entire floor and cleaning bathrooms hard to find. Rooms are dark.

This hostel was great . The staff was friendly and willing to help, they had more information on things to do/see than you could ever possibly get done in one stay, which gave us so many options! Great deals on shows and entrance into certain clubs . They have a fun atmosphere where everyone can just hang out as well as lockers in the room that you do not have to pay extra for. The best hostel I have stayed at so far ...

Hi there I arrived at Casa Gracia Barcelona Hostel to find it was closed for renovations. I was furious as no contact had been made with me.I could have made a reservation elsewhere. They eventually booked me into another place and I insisted they pay for a taxi as I had come to them in a taxi from the airport. The Hostel I ended up in was cheaper than the Casa Gracia and also I had made a deposit. I was made to pay the amount that I would have paid at Casa Gracia and lost my deposit.

It was a beautiful hostel with amazing facilities and a wonderful, kind and helpful staff. They always had fun (free!) activities for the guests and everything was very well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone and everyone, and I would be more than happy to go back!
