I can only confirm what everyone said before - it feels like being in a hotel and I enjoyed staying there so much and would chose the same place again. Thank you, René!
Rene is a wonderful host, couldn't be more helpful. Breakfast was the best we've had--fresh and delicious. Sucre is wonderful, and our stay delightful!
We spent 10 nights here over xmas and new year in Rene's gorgeous home and couldn,t have asked for a more tranquillo setting. Rene is a true gentleman who serves a delicious breakfast; he is around to answer any questions but is not intrusive. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and close to la plaza on a quiet street, perfect!
I loved my stay at Caza Verde. I spent more than 8-nights here, off and on during December 2014. René, the owner, makes your stay as comfortable as he possibly can. He is a mine of information on what to see and do, not only in Sucre but in Bolivia in general. Casa Verde is kept spotlessly clean. The breakfast is excellent and sets you up for the day. I particularly enjoyed the copious quantity of freshly brewed Bolivian coffee. The property has a lovely courtyard to relax after a busy day.
Casa Verde is a clean and well maintained b&b. It has a huge common area, well equipped kitchen, garden and swimming pool. It's quiet and we slept like babies. There is a wonderful host. He helped us book a climbing tour, called the cab for us and gave us number of tips. The staff are sweet and ultra friendly, although they do not speak English. Owner personally serves healthy breakfast. Our double bed private was spacious and cozy. The water was super warm and had good pressure.
Really good Hostel with friendly and helpful staff!

This in the best hostel we've stayed in in Bolivia. It's maybe just a bit more expensive than avarage, bit it is worth it. Very clean and spacious room, excellent hot shower, and a friendly and helpful owner. Breakfast is way better dan the avarage hostel; bread, jam (no strawberry!), fresh fruit, eggs, yoghurt (no strawberry!), all served to your table.
This hostel is flawless ! The breakfast of an egg with fried bacon, toasted bread, yogurt, watermelon, coffee etc. was just excellent and the warmth and kindness of the owner is unforgettable. Lovely sunshine in the morning through a roof window and cleanly kept restroom were impressive. Thanks to the stay here in Casa Verde B&B, I remember Sucre as a good city.
