Nice place, slightly chaotic at reception (they didn't have change) but that's a small gripe. It was a nice place, breakfast was cool, the rooms are basic but comfortable and it's close to Zocalo and the cool parts of town, but on a pretty quiet street. All in all a good place to stay but not hugely sociable.

Private room was spartan, but adequate. Blue accent light added ambiance. Fan in room helped cool it off after the afternoon heat. Windows and door opened into inner courtyard, so very little street noise. Breakfast was good, but small portions of rice and beans.
