Great valuue for money with the included dinner. Staff were all really helpful and made it easy for us to see everything the city has to offer. Atmosphere in the evenings wasn't greay as apparently they only party on Wednesdays and Fridays. But really comfy beds and the rooms were quite spacious!

The food (breakfast & dinner) is excellent for the price. The bathroom in the dorm was okay but not super clean. The double rooms are very well furnished and more beautiful. The lockers are big enough to store your bagpack inside.

Great staff, good hostel. Where else can you get evening meals and breakfast (albeit basic) included in the price? Men's bathrooms need a little TLC and maybe a clean a lot more often, but on the whole a great hostel. Would definitely recommend.

There is a lots of personell walking around but nobody cares about the cleanliness in the bathrooms. Eventhough toiletpaper was missing. Besides the roof of the bathrooms are disgustingly full of mold. The constructions of the beds are falling apart.

Free dinners and breakfasts are really great value, also do a cool bbq on Friday nights. Not very secure as the rooms don't lock, there are no lockable lockers and it's easy for people that are not clients at the hostel to access all areas. Mattresses are very very very thin.

Check in at 4:00 AM after 36 hrs bus ride and were certainly pleased that someone answered the door at that horrible time. They had no room for us for a 2nd day stay but provided good references to a nearby hostel. Thank you for your help!

Great hostel, staff were so friendly and helpful! Comfy beds, big dorms, very clean. Free dinner is a major bonus. We stayed there 3 nights and would highly recommend it!

The breakfast was excelent, some of the staff as well. I should like the staff to be more informativ about what so see, distances and how to get around.

This is a great hostel to stay in! I arrived late at night and the person working reception wasnt very friendly but since then everything was a really good experience. The breakfasts and dinners that are included with the price are delicious, showers are hot, and the beds are more comfy than most hostels. Also there are some great parts of Santiago that are close by!

The breakfast is excellent! Also great value for money with the included dinner. Staff was friendly, though sometimes a bit disorganised, a few staff members however were great! Very good with the daily cleaning & bed-making service :-) Toilet paper was often empty though. All in all, a more than average hostel that I'd definitely recommend.

They include both breakfast and dinner!!! that's amazing, and it's only 15USD. the meals are good. staff are helpful. it takes 2 minutes walk from metro station. though the toilet is a bit small and a bitdirty, it's a great place to stay.

Decent but unexceptional hostel. Good location in Providencia, close to a Metro station and a few cafes and shops. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. The kitchen facilities are small and not very well-resourced. The hostel is pretty clean; however, when I arrived, the sheets on my bed had clearly not been changed since the previous guest. They were changed when I pointed this out. Overall, this hostel is fine, but you can probably find better value for money in Santiago.

OK hostel, dorm rooms are small. Free food is good. staff are very helpful with giving advice, letting you know about the surrounding areas etc. Breakfast is good, just a little cramped and on top of one annother!
