Ive done a lot of backpacking, adn this is the second time Ive stayed in the hostel. Im glad I flirted with the Receptionist, because apparently otherwise she was pretty cold...

The rooms and the common room and internet access were good. We loved the Swedish Meatball Experience!

The place was great and I really loved the activities, especially the ice sauna! It was a great stay and I had lots of fun. Free pasta is always good.

I was very impressed with the City Backpackers Stockholm. Having recently returned from hosteling around Australia i found the CBS stood head and shoulders above anything i experienced down under at a cheaper price. Free WIFI, pasta etc... may not sound like much but the little touches are very much appreciated when travelling on a budget. Cheers.

Best hostel experience I\'ve ever had. HAd so much fun I stayed an extra night, even when I had a free bed in Uppsala up the road.

Best hostel I've stayed at in Scandinavia. If U don't like the shared showers, venture through more doors in the hostel to discover the private ones. & partake in at least 1 activity (some are rather expensive). I've never seen soo many new macs free to use, & the wifi works well. Question for management: Please explain who could possibly benefit from an airport departures display only looking ahead 1 hour?

The reception area is so funky - I love how they've done things differently. For example: the flat-screen showing upcoming flights at the airport is a nice and helpful touch, free pasta system is great, I love the chill-out area with all the computers. In fact, as soon as I sat down that night I had everyone introduce themselves to me and I ended up staying for a couple of hours just chatting. It was really lovely. I think what I was most impressed by was the staff's friendliness and suggestions

Great place to stay, very convenient location for exploring Stockholm. Only comment would be that the staff cleaning in the morning often left our door open between our en suite and the main lounge area defeating the purpose of having a private bath.
