I checked in after hours. Reception made every effort to contact me and provide me with the details for entry, eventually sending me a text with the details.

The staff were very friendly and offered to help me out with booking an airport pick-up on my final day. They also gave me great instructions for getting into my room as I arrived after the hotel closed. Bedroom was very homely and welcoming. Walls were not soundproof however and some other guests were quite noisy in the corridor.

Great location, v clean rooms, comfy bed. We weren't really interested in using the shared facilities so can't comment. Would go back.

The staff is great, really healpfull! The hotel is clean and the rooms are pleasant. The wi-fi was slow and I couldn't use it well.
