Very helpful and lovely people who run it, making a coffee for you gratis in the morning and having a chat if youd like one is an excellent way to run a hostel. Easy to find and not far from the centre, definitely a great cheap and cheerful hostel to stay in, very much recommended.

This is a great, simple place to stay in the centre of Belgrade. It is right by the train station, a couple of minutes walk from the old town centre, and just a quick walk over the bridge to get to the riverside and New Belgrade. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And there is a good wireless internet connection. I would recomment booking one of the private rooms, as it is really cheap and then you have your own place and can lock the room.

I was really pleasantly surprised with the place considering how cheap it was. The location is downright amazing, it's walking distance from everything. Staff was friendly, the atmosphere was great even though it's a tiny place

It was really good. Is it the cheapest and has a lot of good things: the common area, kitchen, good atmosphere, so nice people in the reception,.... They make the laundry for us! I recommend it. I will repeat when I go to Beograd again, it's fantastic!

The price is cheap and you get a lot of service and friendly staff. It's really excellent place not to far from center and they speak verry well English. Thank you Downtown Belgrade Hostel

Great if you come with train/bus. Literally 50 meters from main bus/train station. Average facilities and some stuff is a bit broken, but the staff makes up for that. They are extremely helpful and are willing to help you arrange everything and give you tips about where to go. If you want to eat in Belgrade, go to Salt and Pepper!

Very friendly staff, first class location. A bit simple, but great hostel. It is good if you go to Belgrade by bus or train.

This is a perfect laid-back headquarters for visiting Belgrade, with really friendly staff always happy to help guests, along with multiple balconies and a cool lounge to hang out in, and all for a low price - I'll be back!

Even the location was excellent (near the train/bus station, 10 min to the city center) and the staff pretty helpful; we didn’t enjoy our stay there much, mostly because of the atmosphere, weird. Some of the guests in their 50s (quite a few) weren't respectful with sleeping hours and other were cheking out teenager girls on the common computer on dating sites, this does not create a friendly atmosphere for youth. The room facilities were poor- not enough plugs and the bathrooms were flooded.
