One of the most under-rated hostel in Hong Kong. I had awesome 2 days of stay at this hostel. The best service for the cost.

My fiance and I booked this hostel because it was the cheapest during the Chinese New Year. I was pleasantly surprised. THe staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to buy discounted tickets to Disneyland and The Peak Tram. I would recommend this hostel to someone who is just looking for a nice and cheap place to stay. There isn't a lot of character- but we spent very little time in our room besides at night. Overall its a great value for the money.

the shared bathroom was really tiny. I was not satisfied with that at all. those rooms with no window were very uncomfortable.

The hostel was very clean and in an excellent part of town (shopping all around!). There was no lobby area that you could really hang out with, and while the staff was very nice, the atmosphere that you can find in a lot of youth hostels wasn't there. That being said, for Hong Kong, this is a wonderful deal, especially for the price,.

Cheap, in the city center, what else do you want?! Perfeect for back packers. But please bring the adress in chinese and have it all the time with you. It is also quite difficult to find, so print the map and mark it.

The position of this hostel is awesome. Especially in the night it is very nice to spend the time in this area. The MTR is in front of the house. I would go there again.

Nice staff, first room was quite poor but was relocated to a 4 bed dorm on request. Great location, especially if you want to go out because the night bus takes to the front door. Cant get lost no matter how drunk you are if you get on the bus to Mong Kok, last stop for only $13 running all night. Overall, good price for HK.

We are very thankful to Mr Stanley for the warm accomodation and for giving in to our request of having a window in our room. the room is very clean and we had no idea how near it is to Mongkok MTR station and to all stores we could\'ve shop in. If only we had stayed since day 1, we could toured more considering we had the nearest MTR which could help us travel across hongkong. Thank you very much Mr. Stanley. I just hope that the sign Sincere House is in large letters so we didnt get lost.

from what i hear this is everage in HK. If you just use it as a place to sleep it can be OK. There is no common room. If there is an alternative i would go somewhere else.

In Hong Kong space is very expensive, so you have to deal with having small rooms. But the hostel was really nice (way better than Chung King Mansion) and the staff was helpful as well.

Very well located, clean, and functional hostel. Superior to the likes of hostels in Chungking, with a great selection of cheap restaurants nearby. My single room, whilst not big by conventional standards, was actually quite generous in comparison to other hostels in I've stayed in in Hong Kong. Staff were helpful and efficient.

We stayed for two nights! don't expect to much to a hostel. It's good for sleeping and bathing. and it's near (very near) the city and accessible to mtr. just go downstairs and shop for latest gadgets, shoes, and clothes. there's also ladies' market with cheap things to buy! had a great stay

Location is just perfect, right in the middle of Mong Kok. Very close to the MRT, literally 2 min walk. Right outside the door step is the famous 'Ladies Market' . Another bonus is that the hostel is right next to the famous 'Sneaker Heaven'. Staff was helpful. Rooms i must say is very tiny. Like living in a shoe box. Basically its just one room small enough to fit a bed and a toilet/shower cubical which is perfect for small people. Stayed in a twin private ensuite. Will be back there again.

Location was good, the Market in Mongkok (nearest MTR Station) was much better than the rest of the street markets. The building in which the hostel was located was pretty old n looked dodgy but it wasn't dirty and the rooms itself were alright. Toilets though are really small and theres barely enough space to shower. The walls are also very thin in the rooms so you can totally hear what the person in the next room is doing. Good thing was that the hostel offers discounts on some attractions.

The internet didn't work. We had to call security the last night because of all the noise in the hall! The rooms are so small and windowless. We've never had a room this tiny at any other hostel. Plus, we had booked for nearly two weeks and had bought cancellation insurance. We left after 4 nights and now hostel world won't give back their ten percent for all the cancelled days. They won't even write me back!! Dreadful service. We have been very good customers until now, but never again!!!!!!!!

Owner Comment (Show)
The wifi was working for all other guests, but your computer cannot access it somehow, and you dont want me to help to check your computer settings; its not something we can deal with anymore. We already gave you the cancellation refund, cash refund, no less no more, there is a official invoice to you also. the 10% you paid to hostel.com you should contact them directly. The noise in the hall were made by the guests late come back; after your complaint, we already asked them to make it down. Expect there are differences of the room space, land and labour cost between china and hongkong, the same price you pay in china's hostel room sometimes can only get a dorm bed in hongkong.

Great location, friendly staff and good value for money - for those that only need a bed for a night or 2. The rooms are small but all amenities and free internet is provided. Located im central Kowloon next to train station, and markets.

It was a great time there in Hong Kong. Both my hubby and I are very happy with the accommodation. We surely will return to Hong Kong again and definitely will stay at Dragon Hostel.
