This place has been in business for a while, and is consistently a reliable hostel to stay at. It's across the street from some night markets and street food shops, so it's great for a place to anchor yourself in the evening. Staff isn't particularly friendly, but they all do their job very well.

I stayed at a the Sunshine Hostel previously, and I was happy that Dragon Hostel was bigger and much more cleaner. Dragon Hostel has someone to help 24 hours around the clock, which was a huge plus for me. They had some minor miscommunication between the employees, but it wasn't a big deal. Also, don't count on getting a useful response, let alone a response, when contacting them via e-mail. The walls were a bit thin as I could hear my next door neighbor snoring.

This Hostel is located in a big building at the 7th floor. We had to get in the building to ask to the concierge where the hostel was and it appears it was the good building. The room was really small but enough just for us to sleep. The bathroom was small as well but everything was clean. Bring ear plugs that's better. I recommend that place (we reserve it 3 weeks before going there so it was kind of a last minute booking, and everything was full as it was the New Years Eve so).

nice basic hostel for people just needing a place to sleep . Quiet, pretty clean, feels safe, nice staff with varying English skills . Nice location right off bus route from airport .

Hostel management should contact customer whom have done reservation to confirm their stay instead of giving out the room to others. Confirmation must be done prior offering the room to others. Improvement on the facilities and cleanliness should be done to attract more customers. Quality of service from management should be enhanced further as well. Overall, it is a good hostel as it is located in a strategic area with discount tickets to offer.

Place is a bit old but the bed was comfy. Friendly staff. Many restaurants around the vicinity and very close to Mong Kok Station. My only complaint is that the water isnt strong enough and I had to stay in the shower longer.

We stayed in a 5-bedroom unit with a bathroom. With the room rate that we paid, overall it is ok. However, further improvement is required at the bathroom and stairway leading from the 6th floor to the 7th floor.

The price is just right. Great location, everything a tourist need is just nearby. Service is good and no problem with WIFI....yes its free. Though we had a hard time locating the entrance of the hostel (no signage) when we arrived but once you're there you'll appreciate the location. Would definitely booked again at Dragon hostel when we come back in HK.
