The best part of our stay was the hospitality and the delicious home cooked dinner and breakfast. The guest house was in a very rustic village outside of Aswan. The house was secure on the first level with a metal bars on front door. However, in our room on the 3rd floor there was a sliding door that didn't lock to a balcony. The guest area was charming with a colorful outdoor roof patio with spectacular views of the Nile. The room was clean, coloful and looked like recent construction.

Had a great time staying in Ekadolli. They serve excellent food at the guesthouse and can arrange tours to Abu Simbel at a very competitive price. The rooms are spotless, beds comfortable and the showers have descent pressure. The village of Gharb Seheil is calm and relaxing. I recommend to stay here instead of in Aswan.
