We were greeted rudely on day one by one of the girl receptionist. some if the staff were nice but some we're just RUDE! We stayed in a private room which was next to the bar, gets very loud but music does go off at midnight. As we checked out we were charged for the minibar for all different random drinks which we didn't have. But we didn't have time to debate as we had a flight to catch. Towels are disgusting, white towels were actually gray. Won't be returning

A very big hostel that doesn't have the same character as some other places. There is a nice central coutryard and bar area but that is about it.

Multiple times per day the bathrooms get cleaned!!!

Young, cool place - good atmosphere. Rather unfriendly staff. All in all, worth the money if you're looking to meet other travellers. I wouldn't book their activities or tours though, everyone we talked to thought that was a big mess.

Good Hostel with big rooms. Nice facilities and activities for every day in the week. city center can be reached in a 10 min walk. good happy hour. Bar area is being cleared at 12. then people can only drink in the front or go out. I do not give a good rating for security, as everybody can go into every room.Big lockers are provided though. Salsa instructor (he is good) should go a slower pace. He covers a lot for 15 min. too fast for people without salsa background.

I had a fantastic time at the hostel - it has a great location situtated close to many of the local sights, restaurants and nightlife activities. The staff are great and have a good knowledge of where to go and at what time to do it, taking the weather into consideration. I´d love to stay here  again or one of the other El Viajero Hostels in South America Thank you for everything Alex :)

Nice atmosphere for meeting people and having drinks, but wasn't therefore too noisy. Could be cleaner.

busy but very nice place!

The location was great, everything else mediocre. A tad pricey at COP30000 for a dorm room. Lots of people and a free breakfast with coffee was nice.

The hostel is quite large, so service is pretty impersonal. At night, it is incredibly loud. The main socializing area is in the center courtyard which is where all the rooms are, so at night you hear everything that is going on outside. The hostel also has so many guests that the water runs out frequently. It is not uncommon to lose water in the middle of your shower and then you just have to wait 10-15 minutes covered in soap for more water to be pumped into the tanks.

Dorms are clean, bathrooms too. The breakfast is good. There is a nice area to hang out. Only a bit expensive compared to other hostels (especially the private rooms).

It's very noisy during the nights. Good bathroom and shower facilities, staff ok nothing more.

At the backyard rooms is impossible sleep!!!! The sound extremely loud of salsa lessons and the guests (drunk, most of them) at the kitchen nearby and sitting at the backyard talking all night!!!! You will be at hell!
