Los baños sólo se limpiaron una vez al día. Era muy deficiente la limpieza.

Great hostel. Personnel is really helpful, specially on suggesting places to go out, whatever are your preferences. The beds have the BEST blanket I've ever slept on, and the location is great, close to everything on ciudad vieja, and there's a great bar on the corner, plus, you can get anywhere on the new part of the city by taxi without spending more than 10 usd.

Good common areas. We had the crappy room in the roof which is very dirty and isolated, try to get the standard dorm not the ensuite. Worst computer in south America, seriously, amazingly slow and you had to turn it off every five minutes. The staff is "nice" but dull and unmotivated. They weren't really helpful. But Overall, its a good choice for Montevideo.

The people who works in the hostel are so really friendly, but the wood floors downstairs a bit uncomfortable. People, when walking, make much noise on the floor, especially at night or early morning.

The location is very well and the staff are very friendly. The mixed rooms don't have bathroom inside it is no so good. The comum area is in front of the rooms, i.e. sometimes the noise is so loud.

Just found the stairs too narrow, because we were with suitcases medium and difficult access to the rooms. The rest all very good, even loved the breakfast and overall interaction with other guests

Listen to your customers. I tried to make reservations directly from the hotel for future stays. (This was a problem) To use the phone (it was a problem) To use the internet (The systems were busy or not working) Equipment was OLD

Positive: Good location, (some helpful staff), nice asado. Negative: Don't go here if you want to sleep. According to the houserules it should be quiet at 23:00 but it is not. Staff even joined the party and ignored our complaint.

Good but... I have to make my bed... No towels provided... No water refill and they always say it's dangerous to go here and there... I almost missed ny flight because I was told not to walk to bus terminal BUT it was like in the afternoon where people are everywhere... No taxi available so I decided to walk anyways an guess what- NOT DANGEROUS at all... I recommend that they should walk around their city so they know what they are talking about

staff was helpful, patient, and nice. Beds were clean, room was big, and i appreciated that although there was 8 beds in the room i stayed in there were at most 2 other people with me at the same time, the staff didn´t try to cram everyone in one room. Having Uruguay as my first stop from the United States, I appreciated the friendliness and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you it was much needed, Rochelle, U.S.A

Nice place in a good location. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is a lot of information available at the front desk. Overall a very nice place, my only complaint is that we had booked a deal through hostelworld, and were quoted a price for 3 nights, but when we arrived the cost was 400 pesos more than the quote we were given online, and we had to pay this amount. Don´t know if that is the fault of the hostel or misinformation on the website.

Great experience. Friendly staff. Stayed over St. Patty's Day and had a blast. They host a BBQ every night that is great.

Really clean, nice place and great location. The only problem was the noise at night...I was at a room in front of the common area and they don't respect the sign that says to make silence after 11pm...the two days I've staid there, they had live guitar music until 3 pm!! It's not cool if you want to rest...I thought it was disrespectful because the staff members were also involved. It's a nice place, but I would think twice before going back there.
