Good hostel, nice little outdoor patio to meet people. Receptionist dudes are cool, helpful with showing you around the area. Breakfast is just alright, but had a nice private room, very comfy. Enjoyed my stay.

It's what it promotes to be. You have nice dorms, mine had bathroom within and air conditioned. And has a súper nice backyard to drink and chat with others. I liked it.

The staff is the best they are very welcoming, to the point that far from making you feel like a customer; you are family.

Best place to stay in Montevideo!Central location, with big common areas to meet other travellers. Bedrooms are clean and spacious, and staff are super helpful. Only complaint would be the bathrooms, the toilets were always broken and the showers would flood.

Only 2 showers and 1 toilet for 60 persons. Furthermore, they were so little that it was almost impossible to move or get dressed in the shower.

Hi Bart! Thank you for your feedback. We had a specific problem with the water for a few days after performing the annual cleaning of water tanks, which is why the availability of bathrooms was lower during your stay. We regret any inconvenience caused. Cheers, Lucia Caballero Manager

I thought everything was pretty much good: the staff was friendly, location was amazing and the actual vibe of the hostel was very welcoming. The only thing that could have been a little better was the breakfast. I thought there could have been more options.

Decent hostel. The room they gave me smelled like it had been freshly painted, so I had to keep the window open to try to air it out but there was a lot of noise coming from the street, which was sort of annoying. The location is great though.

It's a good hostel. They have activities on the weekends but during week, it is kinda empty. They rooms are good and so are the showers.

Awesome location and atmosphere! Staff was cool except with dealing with an free night that we should have gotten. We asked a couple of times but there wasn't any communication between the staff. Other than that, they were all great and helpful! The Hostel is really clean, except that they cleaned our room with gasoline or something and when we wanted to complain, the guy at reception just said that we should be happy to get high for free. Cool dude Highly recommended, we just had bad luck...

This was 3rd stay at this hostel, and this time wasn't the best. No quiet hours (music at reception till 1-2am then back on at 7:30 just before breakfast, very loud TV thru the nigh, lights at reception rarely went off at night and the doors are translucid), bathrooms weren't that clean. The staff, as always, was corteous, friendly and helpful - specially Silvina - and the beds are confortable. Great location.

Great place to stay. The location is good, really central and the facilities are also really good ;kitchen with everything you need, Cosy leaving room and cool outside area with tables and chairs. The breakfast is good but most of it the staff is friendly and really helpful witch made our stay even better.

Good location, shops are only 10 minutes away. Friendly staff. The single room is spacious, comfy bed with lots of pillows, plus en suite toilet and shower Good price for a capital city. Breakfast is coffee and cereal and mini rolls, some fruit. Toaster available, but no bread. 24 hour reception makes it safer. Beware, some streets in the neighbourhood do not feel safe, especially in the evening. Lots of beggars and druggies will hassle you constantly.

First time traveling internationally alone and staying at a hostel. Staff was friendly and welcoming, room was clean and comfortable, and I was immediately welcomed by other travelers. Such a nice change from a hotel!

Hostel is in an OK location - Ciudad Vieja - with some stuff to do in the day but gets quiet at night. The hostel however does not get quiet at night and there is a party most nights - if you value your sleep dont get a room on the courtyard! Showers are small and difficult to keep your clothes dry. Staff do a good job of making everyone feel welcome and arranging stuff.

Best staff of any place i have ever spent time. Friendly and always-ready-to-help people. Great events in the hostel kept us in for 3 nights. Me and my fance loved it and plan on going back some time soon! The only 2 things that could be better is the hot water for the shower (that kept going too hot and then too cold) and the stuff in the kichen that was kinda old and, since the users are responsible for cleaning after use, sometimes the utencils were not really clean. (sry 4 bad enflish)
