I don't usually let comment on hostel, but I have been so charmed by this one, especially the staff which was way more than helpful, pleasant, nice.......Best staff ever really...:) although, it might not be right onto the highly commercial west street, the location is still less than 10 minutes walking, which is also a very nice walk down the river and around a rock, beside, the location is really cool with next door a local market, a good value renting bike shop and a supermarket.

this hostel was nice, but little bit out of the centrum, but the staff was very good and they come to pick us from the street because we could not find it at first.

The location is pretty hidden but it is near the bus station and you can easily rent a bike just outside the hostel and ride a bike to the sight seeing areas in Yangshuo. The rooms are relatively clean but they don't have toiletries. We were given a room in the 5th floor so it was a bit of a climb and the hairdryers are in the hallways of 2nd and 3rd floor only. The staff can speak in English.

I got the private room ensuite. It came with towels, hot water, tea making facilities, and a key card for your door. Excellent value for money. The staff was really nice and the dog was really friendly. I was here during winter, so there werent as many people around, but I really like it as it's value for money. It has everything I need.

Good hostel

Good hostel overall with basic facilities and a 7-10 minutes walk from the centre/west street. The guy on reception was really helpful and flexible. We stayed in a private double on the 5th floor. The room was fine but very cold and damp as the heater barely did anything. The bathroom sink was not plumbed properly so water went directly onto the floor and the floor never dried. Good for the price.
