Most of the staff don't speak any English, but they did their absolute best to make sure that everything went smoothly. Not really a hostel for solo travelers, more for school groups.

I had quite a nice stay - but as others wrote, this is not really a hostel. It's more a place where schools go with their classes. The stuff almost speaks no English and some of them not the friendliest - but it's clean and central - I just stayed 1 night which was absolutely ok!

Good value for the money when visiting Narbonne. The building is well secured but there are not lockers in the room for luggage or valuables. A baggage room is available . It was hard to find they should reference the giant unfinished church across from the front door in the directions. A typical continental breakfast is served. Groups of teens and kids use this facility they made some noise in the evening but were quite by 22:00.
