Generally, it is ok and it is very close to the tube station. However, the room is too small. They put two three-layer bunk beds in a 6-people dorm and there are no space for the luggage.

The rooms and the toilets were not clean enough and the staff's organization was quite poor. Location was excellent very close to an underground station on a main line near the down town area. The bar on the ground floor was very good too and its 3 hr happy hour was quite nice.

The whole stay was excellent, except for the malfunctioning of the door key. It seems like there always has a problem with the system.

Nice Staff, comfy beds. Pizza from the bar is a bit dodgy, but thats the only real negative.

I use this hostel when I visit London to play poker at the nearby Victoria Casino and find it perfect. Nice clean and quiet rooms with perfect access to the amenities on Edgware Road, in particular the great Lebanese restaurants, nice bar downstairs for a drink, good wifi all over the hostel and perfect to jump onto the tube to visit anywhere in London as its right next door to Edgeware Road tube station which serves three lines. Highly recommend this hostel

I only stayed here one night before catching a plane. It was clean and the staff were good. The triple bunk beds might be a problem for some though.

I liked the location of the hostel-Paddington is a central district in London and I was able to walk in 10 minutes to Hyde Park or Oxford Street. There was a supermarket nearby, which was very convenient, and an Internet cafe. The bedsheets were clean, which isn't always the case in other hostels. My roommates were quiet and I could sleep during the night, even though downstairs there is a pub. The staff was nice and helpful and a standard breakfast was included in the prize of the acommodation.

We were a group of two, arrived to find one of our assigned beds already occupied. We left for the evening and they told us they would take care of it, but when we came back a person was still sleeping in one of our beds, so we were told around midnight to take two of the other unoccupied ones. About 3 hours later we were told that the new beds we were instructed to take were not ours either, so then my girlfriend and I shared a single bunk. Receieved an apology, still paid for two, but got one.
