Relativel beautifull place with nice location, easily accessible, but staff doesnt care about you at all. Poo smelling everywhere, dirty toilets and showers, food smelling from dishes, dogs etc. Thats why cleanliness only 20%. 4 Seasons is a great hostel. The double rooms have a neat set-up with clean King-Sized Beds! We had fresh towels every day, no charge. There's wi-fi and a breakfast buffet and a pool table. I only stayed here for one night so I can't give you too much insight but while I was there the staff were very helpful and of course the location is great - very central and close to all the restaurants and shops. - Staff are really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Many speak English and if they don't they'll find someone that does.
- The food is good and the prices very reasonable. There is a cheap buffet breakfast every morning that includes some local traditional Bai dishes.
- There is a beautiful courtyard/garden which is great for relaxing.

We booked the private double room, and it was actually one of the most comfortable rooms we have ever stayed in. The location is fantastic, and the staff is very helpful.
