Probably the single best hostel I've ever stayed in, the atmosphere and the staff just make it what it is, Reinhard is an amazing host, was delighted I got to spend Christmas with everyone @ Frendz

Great hostel!!! The best place I ever stayed at. Great location with just 2 min walking to White beach and the hostel is really nice. Staff is so helpful and friendly and this place has an amazing atmosphere! You will not be disappointed!!

Amazing place to stay and in the top 3 hostels i've stayed at. The staff are better than excellent and can not help enough. The atmosphere they create with their hard work is second to none and this makes the hostel a really great place to stay. Me and my wife had a great time and found it hard to leave. Keep up the good work.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Frendz Resort a few days before Christmas and then left to stay at a hotel nearby thinking we would get something "nicer" for the holiday. Boy were we wrong, not only was Frendz Resort better in atmosphere and staff than two hotels we ended up staying at but it was a lot better value for the money we spent.

16 Days in Boracay Friendz hostel is simply the best. You dont find a better one asome people great stuff and realy your private beach. Nice 4 Person doorms. The best owner ever a free welcome drink. Come to boracay and ceck it out. Every saturady big dinner.plus for sure once a week a happy hour or a guitar player. Best christmass and new year ever. Nice looking resort and central located to the white beach area. As more hostels on the Philipines are the showers cold but even in winter time this is not really a problem. Dorm is with seperate beds and spacy in bamboe huts. There is a bar/restaurant with quality food and cold drinks, WiFi and nice atmosphere. Cheap stay on a famous party island!

my stay in frendz resort will always be memorable to me, the staff, the owner, the place in the middle of greens, the very well maintained bamboo Huts, and never the last the people there made it an amazing stay. i felt safe and welcomed at all times, and cause of the friendliness of the staff it makes it too easy to meet people and make frendz, thanks to Reinhardt, his wife, rebecca, maryl, jeff, greg, roland, daryl, danny, george, ist been amazing!!!!

Awesome atmosphere and very kind staff. Delicious pasta! The best hostel I have ever stayed in my life. I highly recomment Frendz. Very well located.

Overall, was very pleased with the atmosphere. The room(dorm) was a little dark - extra illumination would have been welcome at times. Cold showers! (even a lukewarm shower is better than a cold shower!) Maybe an extra toilet between so many guests might be a good idea? Also a fridge, and access to a kettle, or hot water? They wouldn't impact on profits much

Great place to stay in Boracay. Only thing was when I arrived the driver wanted to leave me on the street where I couldn't see any sign of the place. The sign was a bit hidden and it still was difficult to find the place, walking through a not-so-nice-looking area. But when I arrived the resort area was great, definitely value for the money. Also the way to the beach is a long narrow alley which might not feel the best when dark. The staff is very nice and helpful. Totally recommend.

I still like the Frendz Resort Boracay; have been many times there. Very quiet but close to the beach. Very friendly staff.

The huts of Frendz Resort are beautifully crafted in the traditional Philippine way – something very refreshing compared to the Western style concrete buildings you often see. All facilities are perfectly clean. Nice food & great coffee. The place is family run (European owner and Philippine wife) supported by a great small team. To make a long story short: Highly recommendable place with great value for money!

Staff uterly amazing and atmosphere lovely. Made up for slightly gloomy rooms. And who wants to be in their room when the beach is that near anyway! Thanks for a lovely stay Frendz!

I usually don't respond to surverys but wow, I've stayed at hostels on 6 continents and this was the best. It wasn't fancy or anything but very clean, good security, great food, very cheap for the island of Boracay and the staff was FANTASTIC. They all knew my name from the moment I stepped in the door, don't know how they did that but everyone staying there commented how great that was. Highly, highly recommend.

An awesome place ti stay, I really recommend it!!! the location it's perfect 2 minutes away from the beach (you will hardly get the same deal in any other place around Boracay for this price), they have their own spot in the beach... so if you want to get some sun, this is your place... the staff are really friendly, they will always do their best to help you out... and finally it's really clean.... Definitelly the best place I aver stay in my complete traveler-life

I stayed here after reading the reviews posted on hostelworld. Upon arrival, I feared the worst, however I was put at ease soon as I met Reinhard the owner. The people who run the hosel are very friendly and intent on making your stay enjoyable. Any issues I had were resolved with no fuss. The atmosphere in this place was great, you can meet all kinds of people at this place, and the owner attempts to foster this idea of everyone socialising and getting along. Best place to stay in Borocay.
