I would have liked for the cafe to be open longer, so we could have a snack and a beer without having to go to Whistler.

Hi Ewout, Our Cafe is open later in busier times. At this point, we have not seen enough interest to have it open past 9. Hope you can visit us again! Marc - Manager

It was more like a hotel than a hostel. Pretty quiet when we went not a lot of partyers because the hostel is not in the village itself (25 min bus ride). Very modern, nice facilities (even a cinema area) and convenient cafe with reasonable choices (if you get breakfast there try the breakfast bagel its good!) . Staff knowledgeable and friendly.

Our stay was extremely pleasant. If I have one thing I would have preferred is more water pressure from the shower head. Other than that… SUPERB!

Hi Sahar, Thank you for your feedback, great that you enjoyed your stay! Our shower heads are meant to have a little less pressure than regular ones as they are low flow. They help saving water by using 50% less water than regular shower heads. Hope this wasn't too big of a bummer for you :) Hope to see you again, Marc - Manager

Much better than downtown Vancouver hi hostel, rooms were excellent and we had an amazing time, location was good and ski/bike storage is a very good idea. No complementary breakfast is understandable considering price at all. Online booking is easy and hassle free.

This was an excellent hostel. Large incredibly clean rooms with lots of communal areas to hang out in. The bus to the village stops right outside and is easy to get there. The staff were very friendly and offered recommendations. The cafe was nice. Only drawback being that there are no ovens in the kitchen.

Loved this hostel. Everything was perfect except that the room got really hot, even with the thermostat turned all the way down and with the window open. Not sure how this can be fixed but it would be nice as it was uncomfortable to sleep. Everything else was wonderful and I would definitely stay at this hostel again.

Stayed there twice now. Great clean hostel though it is far from the resort and attractions in Whistler. By far the best deal in Whistler!

This hostel wasn't bad. It was pretty far away from the village but there was a bus that stops right out front that goes directly to the village. It was a nice new looking hostel. The ensuite did however have a big ball of someone elses hair left on the floor and some hairs in the sink which was a shame. House cleaning came through while we were out and took our handtowels but didnt replace which we found out when we got home real late that night. The staff where all nice and friendly.

Really nice new building, excellent room and its easy to get the bus up to town. Kitchen cleaning in the afternoon meant it was a bit dirty in the mornings which was slightly off putting. Extra wipe in the mornings might be nice. Huge number of different young staff is cool and I realise they are in whistler to party so may be hungover but a few more smiles would also be good. They should also make it really clear that you can buy chepaer bus tickets in bulk at the supermarket.

Hi Hamish, Thank you for your feedback. We should be wiping the kitchen in the AM, sorry to read it was not done consistently while you stayed with us. We also sell packs of 10 bus tickets at the front desk at the same rate as the supermarket. It is unfortunate it was no mentioned to you. I hope you can visit us again in the future, Thanks again, Marc - Manager

This Hostel is a nice play to stay but feels a lot more like a hotel. I got a car on this trip but if you don't have one, you would have to take a bus every time to get somewhere. The staff wasn't as open and outgoing as in most hostels, so kind of like an hotel as well haha. And when traveling alone this is not the best place to get to meet people, because there isn't much atmosphere.

Nice new hostel, but my room was a little smelly and very small for 4 girls. Unfortunately the hostel in whistler attracts people who are working in whistler and looking for cheap accommodation and it means they're more or less living at the hostel, which would be fine, but the longer you stay, the more mess you create. Despite this I would still recommend it for a cheap room for a few nights as long as you don't mind the bus ride to get there.

Very clean, staff were great. Could use a bath tub in the ensuite rooms and would be great if it wasn't so far out of town, but all in all, a great place. I'd stay there again.

Would be AMAZING if you decked the place out for some hot tubs - in NZ the place i stayed at had a few and parties of people could book it out for an hour at a time. Was great after a day up the mountain. Some stains on walls - by light switches could have used a clean - it looked like blood marks in our first room we stayed in. The air con seemed like it couldn\'t be turned off or be on a timer - as I found it really dried you out throughout out the night. More activities would be great!

Hi Elizabeth, thanks for your feedback. I agree that hot tubs would be a plus, but they are unfortunately not on the radar at this point :) Sorry to hear there were stains on your room walls, we will definitely look into this. Hope to see you again, Marc - Manager
