Great facility, however rooms were way to hot. Felt like a sauna.

Great facilities and staff! Thanks for the nice stay!

A little out of the way, but local transit makes it no problem to get to the olympic village without a vehicle.

Good hostel. Far from the village but easy by bus, 2,25 $ one way. Clean and good kitchen. It was very hot in the room.

We stayed 1 night in 4 Bed Dorm and 2 nights in a private Room. Both Rooms were great but there was one big problem. Only a tiny window to open and no AirCon at all. So especially the Dorm was boiling hot and impossible to cool down. Kitchen was always dirty but that's the fault of the guests. WiFi was working fine. Location is ok if you have a car and it's still a 15 min. drive.

Great hostel at a fantastic location! The staff of the reception was not always that helpful. We also recommend the food of Cheaky's cafe. An improvement for the hostel can be an included breakfast.

Appeared to be no air con working so extremely hot. But staff did find a fan for us to use.

Great view from the hostel, clean and secure. Location isn't bad either as the bus runs till 3am every day into Whistler village.

The nicest hostel that I have ever stayed in. So clean, and very affordable. I was concerned about being so far away from town but the bus stop is right outside and it is only a 10$ cab ride. I especially loved the hostel dog, he is so sweet and cute just hanging out in the lobby.

More like a hotel than a hostel, everything is very clean, its spacious, the kitchen is great. Its a bit of a way out of town but there are some nice hikes nearby and a bus takes you to town for cheap. Was there in May and it wasn't very busy, most people are staying there while looking for work, so you don't meet that many actual travellers.

Overall was really excellent, staff were mainly helpful and very friendly. The location is really not ideal, you are quite cut off once you're there (however, there is a very small convenience store across the road) but the buses are regular and its only twenty minutes/half an hour to get into the main village. The cleanliness of the hostel was extremely impressive compared to others, let down only by the rather nasty duvet toppers which do not get changed or washed between guests.

One of the best hostels I've stayed in I think, in terms of amenities and comfort and I've been staying in hostels for about 15 years. Great kitchen,I had the private room which was larger than most hotel rooms. Very clean. Helpful staff; however I think they turn over seasonally, so some know more than others. Location is 10 minutes by car from whistler village, buses run about every half hour. Location leaves a bit to be desired, but there seems to be growth nearby.

The hostel itself was awesome. The staff in general was very friendly and approachable. The front desk staff playing the guitar at midnight was really cool. However, the staff who worked on May 6th, around 3 pm, was a little rude regarding our request to access the storage room. If, like she said, she had worked at HI since last May, she should have known better how not to offend customers and always serve with a friendly attitude and patience. In addition, Cheaky's serves some delicious food.

Nice place and cheap, but very far from the village and (when I was there in March) it was dead quiet with no atmosphere! It seemed to be a place where those people working in Whistler stayed while looking for a room to rent. Internet disconnects frequently. No oven. No freezer. Small rooms (unless you get a private room, which is massive!)

One of the nicers hostels I've stayed at, just wish you were in the village!
