Not a huge amount at this hotel but staff amazing will help with anything and really friendly. Nice localion, off the main road meaning very quiet. huge TV and sound system downstairs for guests to use and if your bus is after check out they will store your luggage for the day whilst your out and then offer you a shower room no charge before you have to leave for your bus.

This is a nice little hotel in the middle of the back packer area. I stayed here for three nights in the deluxe double room, and it was enjoyable. AC and hot water worked great, and I had a TV in my room. I was also getting scuba certified with Rainbow Divers (great people), and the dive shop was literally a block away. Very convenient for those 7 am meeting times.

The stay was very good, but room 102 smells like mold. After room change everything was good.

This is a great spot and good value for the money. Friendly, helpful guest services. A young man by the name of Fuor checks you in, helps with tour booking and also cooks your eggs! (free breakfast of eggs toast and tea/coffee). Good knowledge of local festivals and events. Some issue with the air conditioning in the room - seemed to cut out often. Construction in front of hotel nearing completion by April 27th. Short walk to good restaurants, shopping, beach. J Hardman

Staff were very nice and friendly and allowed us to use facilities after we checked out. The location is the best thing about this hotel.

The Heim Mai Hotel was nice. Rooms were clean & tidy, and hotel is conveniently located just of the main road so nice and quiet, so would recommend staying here. They happily arranged our onwards transit to the airport.

Very friendly staff that can give you genuine advices. They also let us use the show even after we checked out. The room was quite big and well equipped. It is quite as the hotel is ducked away in a small alley. I would definitely recommend it.

Keep in mind, this is not a hostel but a hotel! We got a very nice, clean and spacy room for our money. The staff is very nice as well and it's located in the middle of the tourist area.

Clean and quiet, newly renovated and in a good location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that they charged us more than we were quoted on Hostelworld.
