Lovely hostel, great facilities, very professional staff, conveniently located. Only two things: first, the hostel is right by the train station and you will almost certainly hear the trains pass at night. It wasn't a problem for me, but if you're a light sleeper, this might not be the place for you. Second, maybe I'm just not familiar enough with hostel life, but I was kind of flummoxed about putting my own sheets on the bed, especially late at night! But maybe that's typical...
I had a small but ultra-clean single ensuing room. The hostel was also in great location for easy access to the train station, and I was very happy with the standard of facilities provided.
Great location near the station. Small dorms and even tinier bathrooms. The beds were very very firm. Otherwise it was clean, kitchen space was a plus and the staff were lovely.
Great place to stay! My friend and I shared a japanese style private room. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the hostel is really close to the station and easy to find.
This hostel is great value for money and the staff are lovely. The facilities are very good and very clean. Will definitely stay if ever in Hiroshima again.
The hotel has an elevator which is very convenience for a traveler with a big luggage . location is not far from Hiroshima station and very easy to find
Only 5 mins walk from the JR station and the tram stops to get around town. All staff are really friendly and it's good value for money. Would stay here again
We always enjoy staying at Hiroshima Hana Hostel but feel they need to cap their price for a double room with ensuite as they are now facing competition from 2 Star, Business hotels that offer a larger room, higher grade bathroom and more up-to-date decor and facilities.

Too close to the railroad track, too noisy and I had view to a cemetery from my room. Staff was OK, I arrived at 13:58 and they made me wait 7 minutes in the line for check in just to find out they were closing at 14:00 and I can't check in. it was a bit annoying that they made me wait just to tell me that. Facilities are really good.
The girls at the desk are fantastic. They were more than happy to look up information for me and to recommend things to do. They also spoke English very well which was much appreciated. My only complaints are that the hostel is so close to the station that I could hear the trains all night and that it wasn't a very social hostel.
Really great hostel and very helpful staff!
We had japanese styled private rooms, which were clean, but the bedding wasn't very comfy and there was a weird smell on the floor, but nothing very bad. Apart from that, the location is perfect, very close to the JR station, the staff is nice, speaks english, and overall the atmosphere is nice. Only problem : the wifi is very poor, except on the rooftop for some reason.

Friendly staff who spoke english very well.
Good, clean hostel in a useful location. It is not in the heart of the atmosphere, but useful as close to train station. It is easy to get to tourist locations as there are cheap street cars near by, and if you like walking, it isn't too much of a walk to the city centre. This is the only accommodation I have been to in Japan with tourist information so, really appreciated that. The social spaces and aesthetics are not as nice as other places I have been to, but I would stay here again.
Very well located, and the room in occidental style are comfy. Nothing exceptional, but no bad thing either. I easily recommend this place
This hostel is very close to the strain which is great you can get to peace memorial park easily. It is however quite small, the common area could probably get very crampt if there were a lot of people staying. It is very clean and the beds are comfy, I was on the top bunk and found the ladder very small hard to get back down. The noise from the train didn't bother me too much but I only stayed one night, overall quite a nice hostel but not the best.
Really enjoyed stopping at this hostel, the staff were really friendly and so helpful when I arrived and throughout my stay.would recommend as it is in a fantastic location with easy access to attractions.
The best hostel I have ever seen in Japan!
