Santiago Guesthouse Hiroshima is right in the centre of Hiroshima City, with many shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Backpackers and business people alike can enjoy our stylishly modern and comfortable rooms, as well as a relaxing common area with kitchen.
We have both private rooms and dormitories, but the beds in the dormitories also each have their own private nook complete with curtain, power point and reading light (with the exception of two beds in the 6 bed dorm). Lockers are available to store valuables.

1).Cancellation Policy:
-cancellation fee is:
100% of bed/room price if cancelled on day of arrival
80% of bed/room price if cancelled one day prior to arrival
50% of bed/room price if cancelled 2 days before arrival.
2). Check in is from 4 p.m. Check out is up to 11 a.m. You are welcome to leave your belongings at reception if you arrive any time earlier than 4 p.m.
3). We accept cash payment only
4).Group Bookings:
-are charged at time of booking
-refunds are not available in the case of cancelling, modification, unused nights etc, and please understand that travel dates may not be changed
5). Guests must make their own beds using the two sheets provided
