The reviews about this hostel are accurate. The hot water runs out pretty fast and this is really bad especially during the winter season. Also, there did not seem to be a heater in the room so the room was cold. Thankfully the temperature is only about 15-20 degrees so the cold was still bearable. Another thing I really could not stand was the hard bed. The bed was so hard it practically felt like the floor and I was unable to sleep well. The only plus point is the location of the hostel.

I booked 4 nights in a male dorm and ended up spending my stay in a mixed dorm. Staff only told me "we are fully booked, all dorms are mixed now". That's cheating the customer. Main building is fine, but they also have rooms in another building that has a strange atmosphere and feels unsafe. Location is good however.

On the bright side; This hostel is in a primespot at causeway bay near shopping and metro acces + easy walking distance from several tourist spots. The beds and sheets were clean, and toilet ok. Though I did see several cockroaches in the room. On the other side: - Computers in the reception area were totally unusable - staff seemed retarded, they said I hadn't payed for the full stay, and only believed me, because I had the receipt. (did the same with my roommates)

All together a little expensive for the service you get, but let's keep in mind that it's HK. Great location, right in the middle of everything, very nice owner.

The actual hostel is not as we have seen from photos all. The room is dirty, the TV has broken down, and the worst part is there is not towel provided and we have to rent it from the counter. However, Location is good.

Minimal hot water; small, stuffy room with depressing atmosphere; but, good location in Causeway Bay, and friendly, helpful staff.

Great location - conveniently located beside Sogo in Causeway Bay and only 5 mins' walk to Times Square. It's opposite a 24/7 supermarket and surrounded with boutiques, convenient stores and eateries, so food and supplies are just at arm's reach. The basic amenities are there - wifi, desk, bed (not single, but super single), hair & body shampoo, shower with heating and TV. What i wished it had though were towels which can rented for HKD10 at the reception located few doors away.

It a great and friendly hostel. I would like to come back in the future.

Ideal location (on bus route from airport, near MTR station, opposite supermarket etc.) in the heart of Causeway Bay gives the visitor a flavour of how it might feel to live in Hong Kong. The staff, whilst terse, are efficient and competently do what you require (e.g. checking in and out, answering queries re: transport), though don't expect a laugh-a-minute conversation. The main downside of this hostel is it is somewhat shabby and not well-cleaned. Nevertheless for the price, I recommend it.

Hostel nothing like advertised on hostel world. Room smelly and bed sheets dirty. Shower only has Hot water for 10 mins then goes cold. Night reception man very rude and Grumpy. The only benefit of this hostel is the location, glad We only stayed x2 nights and was out all the time.

The hostel is great but the managment is not good, and keeps your belongings with you! One more thing you check in in the reception but they have many rooms in different buildings shared with others hostels!

Worst hostel in so far, dirty, no hot water in the shower for more than 1 minute, staff unhelpful they don`t even look at you while talking! there is not a kitchen, there is only a microwave and a pot for rice cooking! Bad welcoming and they let us also lose the deposit, because they can`t handle the mail conversations, i forgot my shoes in the storage room so i`ve written an e-mail 3 hours later asking to send them to me but they were suddenly disappeared!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
