First time since my travels i woke up in the middel of the night and my whole buddy is itching like crazy. the next morning i found lots of bugs in my bed and after i told the stuff the bed was cleaned but in the evening in the same state. no matter how cheap a place is, this is not aceptabel and i wouldn't recommend this place to anybody ever!

First, getting to the location was just a dizzying experience. I had to go to one end of Chungking Mansion to pay someone for my stay, and then I was directed to a completely different end of the mansion. It was a very difficult place to find. Second, when I finally got there, I found that the rooms were tiny. Think of sharing a storage closet with another human being tiny. I could not believe I actually fit in there.

Bipolar staff. No one new anything about the bookings, almost impossible to book another night and we all paid different prices even though we stayed in the same room at the same night. The bathroom was leaky, they gave my bed away to another man, then when we told them he was changed to another used bed which he had to change himself. And they turned off the internet every night. They also refused to give me the deposit back for the key card because I didn't have the 1st night receipt

I have got smallest possible room which was abou 1,8 long and 1,2 meter wide. Ok there was aircon and TV. toalet on the alley: it was agreed but I had no idea that it si possible to place shower, toaltet and wash basin in space of 70 x 70 cm (27x27") whole part of hostel was dirty from painitng I was there only one night so it could be survived but for longer stay it would be definitelly disaster. it was in block E 8th floor. could be that the other rooms are better

The staff were helpful, though it did depend on who you asked, they were not all equally friendly and helpful

When we arrived at the Hostel, there was under the construction. So it was so noisy and unclean. They should have told their bad condition to sleep and stay even though we alreay had booked. But the location is really good to hit the street and go anywhere when we were ready.

The hostel is in a great location (if you don't mind the non-stop hassling right outside), however it has no "hostel atmosphere". There are only 2 common bathrooms, one of them is barely enough to step in, however the other is big enough for 1-2 person to shower. The receptionist lady is not kind but efficient. She speaks reasonably good English and she is able to answer your questions. The hostel is good if you only want to sleep but it's poor if you want to socialize with other tourists.

This hotel is a total rip-off! first, it's a bad business not to accept international credit cards.The first room the hotel gave us is the exact opposite of what was described on the site.The room given to us was so small.Towels they gave seem like old and has been used and left by the previous occupants.water heater use is on schedule that doesn't seem reasonable.We want to transfer but the lady said she can't give us our money in full but a 2 night stay would be deducted.talk about experience!

I had a problem with using hot water

the staff was very bad ! I had a reservation for one nights... I sent a mail to make it 2 nights. they have accepted it and once there, they asked me to leave after the first night !! I had no place to go !!! it was a big shame !! I never seen that in my life ! I travel a lot but never it happened to me ! just because they could have charged more from another tourist ! it made my stay very unpleasant and have a very bad remember of this place !!

Bad Hostel, Staff was very rude. Rooms are too small ,

Stayed there new year and it was very expensive considering the quality of the hostel. But I must say it isnt that as bad as people are complaining. You can stay there easily and if you dont mind the too much about the hustlers on the nathan road it is okay I guess..

It was the worst hostel ever I vistied!The service they did was fuckin awful. Such as, they didn't give me back the deposit just because we lost the receipe. They purposely threw the receipe! and I already booked 4nights but they took all my belongings out from the room and said I didn't notice them about the nights. What the hell? Finally they gave me another room though, they didnt give me back my deposit! I saw that they treated another customers just like what they treated to us.WORST HOSTEL
