One of the two beds was dirty. There isn't parking. Doesn't accept cards, only money. The breakfest is poor.

A newly renovated hostel with well furnished and very well equipped private rooms (they even have a heater in every room). Staff is very friendly and helpful and can organise bus tickets to the torres, etc. And the best thing is: you can even rent camping materials here, which are also really good (no leaks, etc.). Probably the best base for excursions to the Torres!

The place was great, the people awesome. We stayed in cozy private double room. The bathroom is shared, but you can lock yourself inside while you are using it, so it really feels private enough even for people that are not used to dorms and hostels. Everything was clean, neat and comfortable for an amazing hostel price.

Everything was great. Was shocked they only took cash and we couldnt pay with credit card. They were very trusting, understanding, helpful, and patient as people but as a business i found it extremely inconveniencing to not accept credit cards. Also had a bad knee and was annoyed i wasnt educated properly with their talk about torres del paine about how the refugios worked. Had i known i could have eaten a warm prepared meal at each refugio and had a bed i wouldnt have carried an extremely heavy

really nice hostel. we stayed here a few times. the double private rooms have a tv which is an added luxury especially when you want to relax after the W trek. The breakfast is really good. Delicious homemade bread with jam. The social area is nice too really spacious with plenty of space to relax.

We booked a 6 bed dorm but we were moved into a 3 bed for no extra price, we were happy. Lacks a little with organisation and there is not a getting to know people area or rather people don't come out as much. The walls are thin so can be noisy but depends on other backpackers. Rooms hadvery comfortable beds and were warm. You can also hire all your gear here for trekking.

Really nice hostel, very clean and furnished in a modern way. The stuff is friendly and helpful. The walls are a bit thin and yes you can hear your neighbors but it isn't a party hostel so you'll get the sleep you need to attack the Torres del Paine national park and all it's hikes.

The staff had good information about the hiking trails in Torres del Paine. Our bedroom was warm and comfortable. We approached the hostel by a side door and the place appeared to be closed. It would have been helpful to have a sign directing us to the main entrance.

This is a good option for Puerto Natales. I came straight off the Navimag ferry and was grateful for the big and clean room and the excellent bathroom/shower. Breakfast was also very good indeed, and they kindly allowed me to leave my bag there for four days after I went off to Torres del Paine. Natales isn't that big and so you can reach everything from within 5minutes of the hostel. It's perhaps not the cheapest option but still recommended.

Everything about this hostel was lovely: warm reception, helpful staff, comfy beds, pleasant common areas and spotless facilities. The one downside was that there were bedbugs in one of our two beds. That said, the staff seemed genuinely concerned and apologetic, and gave us a discount on our stay. And given the number of guests staying in somewhat grubby refugios in the national park immediately before arriving, this is likely a common problem in Puerto Natales hostels.

Lovely comfy beds in the dorm and individual beds rather than bunks, which was a treat. Amazing big sunny lounge with big windows and comfy sofas. Kitchen ok but not very well stocked with pans or cooking utensils. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. You can buy bus tickets for Torres del Paine here and also rent camping gear. Very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Lili's was somewhat overrated, if you ask me. I have read fabulous reviews which I did not see personally. The plus is that this is rather good value for your money, close to some good restaurants and has a fairly good breakfast. The bad is the Internet works very poorly or not at all, the building is overcrowded and poorly laid out almost like a maze, some of the structure is old and in need of repair or renovation.
