Very helpful when we had to move our dates. Great breakfast. Very clean. Good facilities.

Great staff. Very helpful in everything. Main concern was noise above private room w/bath. It may be under the kitchen which may be subject to a lot of foot traffic. one night at around midnight for about 20 minutes noise was intolerable and woke me and companion up. Staff helped talk to whoever was making the noise and resolved the issue. Also need to update pictures and remove climbing wall, since it was not available.

Clean, comfortable, warm with hot water. Breakfast was great, set us up for the day :-)

Good hostel, good breakfast (bread, butter, good marmelade, oatmeal, milk, yogurt, cornflakes, and fruits!). Internet is not always working, 2 computers for internet barely work, old unsecure software installed. Needs improvement!! Everything else really good!

The issues with the hostel are the absolutely horribly rude staff and the complete lack of security to the point of being really concerning. The girl at reception spoke English perfectly fine however refused to do so as a matter of making a point. She stated that to us plainly upon arrival. It was extemely odd to hear someone that works in the hospitality industry be so ignorant and rude in that regard. There are many other options in this town and I would recommend considering them.

Staff was very helpful with all park information! Able to buy bus tickets here and rent equipment. The hostel is so cute and well kept. Loved cooking in the sweet kitchen and eating in the dining room. Great atmosphere.

Nice clean hostel. Close to main drag. Good equiptment rentals for trekking. Above average breakfast included daily. Staff works very hard, some could be a little more friendly. Good internet, although they sometimes turn it off after 1030 pm which is ridiculous, have not experienced that before at any hostel in SA. Some need internet to stay connected (work, book buses and accomadations, etc, etc) 10 minute walk from bus Station. would stay again, good place for a good nights sleep.

So easy to hire gear with them and store your stuff. Great base for hiking Torres del Paine.

one of the best hostels in my Patagonia trip. Very clean. Fair breakfast. Functioning guest kitchen. The staff were fantastic - they even gave as bowl for the trek for free. highly recommended!

Lovely breakfast, lovely comfy beds and mostly friendly staff. Just the rental equipment didn't convince me by 100%, but it was still ok, and what you don't want to get from them, you can get anywhere in town...

We originally picked this hostel because the description states that the regular buses to Torres del Paine stops at the hostel -- this claim is false. The bus station is about a 15-20 min walk from the hostel. We wanted to avoid walking or taking a cab so early in the morning to make our 7:30am bus, but we ended up having to take a cab upon discovering that the bus does not make a stop at the hostel.
