A very nice hostel with a huge living room and great advise for trekking in Torres Del Paine. Also the rental of equipment was very helpful and very good material. I would recommend this hostel to everybody because of its great facilities and cosines.

It is really a pity, the staff were not so friendly and sometimes we really felt unwelcome. And to feel unwelcome in a hostel is a really bad thing, because you pay a lot of money for staying there. We rent also from the same place the camping equipment for the Torres del Paine. Our tent for example was really bad and after a short rain we and our sleeping bags were wet. Anyway, as we tried to speak about this in the hostel, nobody felt responsible for that
Reception staff were a little uninformed, not knowing even the parking regulations outside the hostel. "We are new here" is not really a good excuse for not making much effort to find out. By the way, there are at least THREE places on Puerto Natales to hire a car including Hertz and Europcar, not "none" as we were told
This bnb offered all the services we needed in Puerto Natales. The staff set up our bus reservations to Torres del Paine, arranged for taxis and laundry services. They also rented trekking poles to us. We stayed one night before entering the park and returned for a second night several days later after leaving the park. Everyone was exceptionally friendly. Food was typical Chilean bnb fare. Room w/private bath is well worth it and not much extra.

Hostal Lili-Patagonicos is a perfect way to start your adventures in Patagonia. We stayed there for a couple of days and where meet by the best and most helpfull staff that we have incountered in South America. I would recommend this Hostel to everyone.
The hostel is central enough, however the neighbourhood unfortunately does not look very good. We enjoyed the service we received from Carlos at reception and believe he was the best receptionist (from a choice of 3 we met). We were disappointed initially that our room was not cleaned and while it was fixed when we talked about it, it seems that the cleaning team does not have sufficient quality control going on (which puts the overall good impression and friendliness down).
First of all, I really liked 1-story dorm beds! All of staff were greatly helpful, I got everything I need for trekking to Torres del Paine(information, gears, tour bus reservation etc) here. It is located very close to central part of Puerto Natales. It also has hot shower which works well, nice breakfast, spacious kitchen. Wi-fi was too weak in the annex, but worked well in the main building.
Good hostel with lots of different areas to hang out in, in low season that did mean I barely saw anyone but that is just the season I guess. Easy walk to everything, 20 minute walk to the new bus terminal. Great breakfast.
Great hostel, though fairly quite in winter. Staff had good English and very helpful. Very clean with heaters in each room.
