Lili Patagonico’s feels like a home away from home. We stayed here for three nights before our W trek and one night after. We loved our time in Puerto Natales, and the staff facilitated a horse riding day for us at Laguna Sofia. This day was exceptional and we loved spending time with the hostel staff members who helped us get there (Qique, Laetita, and Ivan). Other big pluses include the yummy breakfast (waffles!), clean facilities, and spacious and comfortable rooms.

Overall I had a good stay, breakfast was amazing and the bedrooms were really nice and big (only downpoint is the absence of lockers). There is something to be said about customer service, I was locked out of the kitchen at 22:10 by a staff member who wanted to quickly get breakfast ready for the next day and had to knock on the door several times to get some things I had left in there. Other travellers also said the closure of the kitchen at night left them without food before long treks. I can understand
